Hahah, deep breaths. In and out. In and out.

Way, I'm pretty sure that's a good thing. At least, in this game it is.

Hahhah, thats amazing. I'm not that competitive, but if I'm put to a challenge, I'll generally accept.

It's the same in my family. Well, not my immediate family, but if you add my extended family in...
It gets dirty.
Man I would love to be a fly on the wall when that happens!
My brother is also a really bad winner/loser. If he loses, he gets kind of grumpy and if he wins...Ooh boy!
His head is the size of a watermelon.
My uncle is a TERRIBLE loser. We were playing this game called Right Left Center at Christmas, and if you win you win money. It got down to my uncle and I, and he would get so freaked out when I got the dice that he was yelling at them (the dice) so I would lose. He ended up winning and was throwing the money he won in the air in victory. :) I love my family.
My family's not that competitve, we joke around a lot though. We were playing Apples To Apples like 3 easter's ago with my cousins family and my cousins mom was picking the cards. I don't even remember what the green card was, but my cousins was receiving a hug or something similar. It grew into a family joke that we still remind him of today. And this year we were playing and said cousins girlfriend was over. Well, they have the same name. (The actual joke is "Alex needs a hug.") I think you can guess how much fun we have with that one.
Shoot! Haha I thought I'd responded but I'm glad I checked otherwise Rae might've won again. ;)Anyways. I love jokes like that, Rae, that must be fun. My family jokes around a lot, too. We're quite a sarcastic, smart-alecy bunch that is overwhelming when you get us all together and you're not used to it.
More examples of hilarious family competition:
1) You didn't think Pictionary could get violent? Think again.
2) You know the ski jump game for Wii Fit? We all spent HOURS Christmas of '09 trying to top each others' scores. People were getting shoved off the Fit board.
3) Ever played Taboo? You know the buzzer that comes with it? You haven't lived til you've had that thing repeatedly buzzed in your ear. :P
Goodreads hasn't let me post. I think it wants me to lose this game.EDIT: REALLY?! That post went through? *is annoyed*
Looks like you're not the only one, Taylor....Now I'm thinking about Tigger.
I forgot about this game. I don't need another time waster. Someone convince me of this. I'm already in summer mode.
Well I suppose that's better than Goodreads being against me.Great, Jordan, now I'm gonna have The Tigger Song stuck in my head.
You don't need another time waster... I'm the WORST person to try to convince you of this. I need to convince myself of this first.
I haven't been posting much today so I haven't really noticed anything. The emails are still coming through a few hours late, though. Goodreads is really glitchy lately.
Yeah, but the emails are normally off a little bit. I wouldn't really know since I haven't checked my email since early this morning. (Alright, 11-ish, but it was early for me since i had gotten up like an hour before)
That's early for me in the summer. And on weekends. :) And yeah, they're off a little bit. Like 5 minutes. Not 3 hours.
Okay, I'll give you that. I just get the daily e-mails. It can get to be a lot of e-mails if I went with the instant emails.
Hahaha, I get tired of the 50 million emails- most of them come in while I'm on so there's too many to sift through if I'm having an active conversation.
Yeah, I know what you mean. But it's nice when I'm multitasking. The only time it gets really crazy is when you and Kate are having a conversation I keep checking on. :P
I don't even get the emails. I just go on Goodreads and look at the posts with the little 'new' thingy on them. *Shrugs* Same with Facebook. I just don't like getting notification emails.
I just keep my groups to low numbers. I don't want a bunch of groups that are inactive so I just keep the best ones.
This is one of the best ones.
I'm only really active in a handful of groups......I wish I was more active, but really theres not a lot for me to put into the other groups without me being extremely repetitive since the subject that they're based around. THis is really the only non-roleplaying-based group that I'm in that I'm active in.
