I "know"/am friends with 11? authors on GR. I've met 3 personally, held a conversation via internet with 7? and one is a familyish friend, our last name was hidden in one of her books, we hosted her at our house when she was up here for a signing. Shan't tell you who though:D

I've talked over the internet with maybe ... three authors, over the phone with one, and I've been to a conference thing with another; there was a meet-and-greet option thing, but the line was too long:)

Yes, indeed! She's such a fangirling nerd. And she wears it proud. As evidenced by that I can say that and she'd take it as a compliment, as it's meant to be. But not only that, she's super nice and just one of those people you could listen to all day. She's happy and you're happy. Just a brilliant lady all around.

I hate heat. Hate it with a passion.

But that doesn't mean I relish the cold, though. It was freezing today.

I hate being overheated. I get mightily grumpy and kinda want to kill everything. If I had to choose I prefer cold because it's a lot easier to warm up snuggled in some blankets than to cool down. Again, this is barring perfect weather or bodies of water.
