Why is it snowing?

Because the atmosphere has a great amount of moisture in it, and it gets cold, sending down that moisture in the form of snow? It's been ages since I've studied the water cycle.

LOL It barely snows here, it just gets reallyy cold, Like on Monday it was really cold and windy and then yesterday it was wayyy hot :s They messed up the atmosphere pretty good this year (well here anyway)
