Yes, I agree because the directors get better and better and actually the director for eclipse was the same director for the movie 30 days of dark, (which is about vampires too!)
Eclipse is deffinatly the best so far. They should have just had slade for all of them, and used abit longer on releasing them.

WoW!!! I saw the movie tonight and I am soooooo blown away by it! I cant say enough how much I LOVE this movie, and IM a tough critic. David Slade is amazing and now I really wish he was the one directing Breaking Dawn. Nothing would be worse for the Twilight Saga to have a great movie, followed by a mediocre one! I LOVED IT!

I liked the first one just because I really liked seeing how Edward and Bellas relationship developed, and Edward had some really good lines.
Watched it Friday night, wasn't blown away, was a little disappointed really, after all the excitement - there were many scenes that could have been done differently. I'm glad I went though!For those who hadn't read the book though it was a good movie.
I LOVED IT!! IT WAS THE BEST ONE YET AND WAS DIRECTED REALLY GOOD!!! I HOPE BD IS AT LAEST AS GOOD AND IF NOT, BETTER! :o)

I agree the movie was a little dissapiontin they could have added more scenes in the middle and ending
I was most annoyed with the tent scene or rather the moment when Jake over hears Edward saying about the wedding - I think they missed a really dramatic moment, hearing a heart broken wolf cry would have added something extra to that scene. I know they only have so much time to fill, but somethings they changed a little too much!

“The first Twilight movie was mediocre and the second one was just laughable and melodramatic and over the top and ridiculous, so I didn’t have high expectations for this one,” said Roeper. “I have to say, this represents one of the most astonishing upgrades in movie franchise history.”
In his review, Roeper attributes this clear improvement, in part, to director, David Slade, and says all three leads raised their game, most notably, Kristen Stewart who’s character is more involved in this movie’s action.
“I can almost not believe I’m going to say this, but this is one of the better movies of the year,” adds Roeper. “It’s really well done, well directed, well acted, has great camera work and a terrific soundtrack.”
Slade is a genius. Pure genius.
