Marc all the way. Jace is a side character; he's never going to be hero material for me. Sure he's sweet and hot and sexy, etc. etc., but Marc's all that and more. And it just seems like Marc will be getting the rougher end of the stick if he isn't chosen unlike Jace who could kill his stepfather and take over Malone's pride. Plus Jace won't be able to handle Faythe; he'll give in to her every demand and she doesn't need that if she's going to be Alpha. She needs a stronger-willed male to help her out. The only reason Faythe feels she's in love with Jace, at least imo, is because she pities him after Ethan's death. Yes, she does love him, but she isn't in love with him. There's a difference. Plus Faythe said so herself that she can be who she truly is with Marc only. You don't hear her saying the same about Jace. I really really really hope Faythe makes a wise decision in her life for once and chooses Marc. ♥
MARC!!!! I really like both characters, but Marc has been the one to wait on here and never give up on her no matter how bad she has hurt him.
oh woe is me..... this has to be one of my favorite series out there! i like all the action, loyalty, rebellion, and stubborness (pigheadiness) and the most important LOVE TRIANGLE!For the first couple of books i couldn't fathom her being with anyone but Marc throughout (i am a big believer in the initial main couple should end up together), as the series progressed and Vincent developed Jace's character i (for the first time) do not want her to end up with her first love interest Marc. i know there are ALOT of Marc lovers and im not saying i dont like him....who could not love a strong, protective, passionate head strong man! And realisitically i wouldnt be all that sad if she chose him.....but i favor Jace as her potential future partner. This is why.......
I disagree with the pity she may have for Jace when Ethan passed away....their relationship sparked right from book one and the way Jace looked at her with determined fervor no one could resist! Jace's character is strong, passionate, protective, and loving!
The biggest difference between the 2 males is the reason why i hope she chooses JAce over Marc is that where MArc thrives on trying to boss Faythe around and almost bullying her into certain situations; Jace actually ads his supporting comments and allows Faythe the ability to make decisions on her own and can discuss implications with JAce and ask for input whereby Marc would just tell her what to do....and if anyone who has read the series.....there is no telling Faythe anything!
Eventhough i wish her to be with Jace.....i have read tidbits of Alpha and realistically i think she picks MArc......i will be sad i will not lie but i guess either way.....what will make me or break me will be the way Faythe handles the decision! so far her track record in NOT good in revealing things!!!

I'm still at a crossroads on this one myself, in all actuallity, I do agree with Rayna in this, she will probably end up with Marc. He is the SMART choice. But as far as her heart..................

I just read the excerpt for Alpha, and while I'm actually pretty good at not letting the suspense get to me, all my efforts are useless in this case. I have no idea how I'm going to distract myself until October. T_T

Yes......there are 2 authors that i truly love their writing styles and one of them takes so long to get a noevl out that i age ALOT in frusteration!!!!! Richelle Mead and Cassandra Claire!

Two hot guys, but only one girl. If u had both of these hottie-mchottie's after you, who would u choose. More importantly, if you could choose which the author goes with this.....who would you Faythe end up with?
Keep in mind, that whoever isn't chosen, just may have to leave the pride. Marc is nothing more than a stray outside of the pride. And plenty who hate him for being treated otherwise. Jace, he has NO ONE outside of the pride. His mother is too hung-up on her hubbikins to even notice what he's doing to her own children. Both love Faythe enough to lay down their very lives for her.
So..........who would you choose?
