I never acquired a taste for it, I would use it as compost. I'm sure that Bun will have a better idea for you.

Put it in a stir fry with some mini corn cobs and mushrooms and eat it with rice.

RandomAnthony | 14536 comments Ok, I'll try, thanks, Buns! Ok, they also either shallots or scallops at the farmers market. Whichever one is a vegetable. Or are they both vegetables?

Jackie "the Librarian" | 8993 comments Shallots are like mild onions. Scallops are shellfish.
Totally different, RA.

message 16: by RandomAnthony (new)

RandomAnthony | 14536 comments Shallots, then! :)

Phoenix (phoenixapb) | 1619 comments I had no idea what this stuff was so I looked it up. If you don't want to eat it you could always freeze dry it and make some sort of alien looking floral/vegetable arrangement....
