I really admire your patience...I would have given up around the second hour. Or something.
Also that is a really cool Halloween costume.

I think something that might help with drawing with pencil is to have the source image grayscale as well, so it's easier to see the differences in value...
Also you should compare objects in the drawing with one another, like the size of the teacup to the size of Molly's head. (The ratio of the two in the picture vs. the drawing are different.)

Overall this is fabtastic and her expression is great :)

BUT IT'S SO MUCH BETTER THAN BEFORE. Last time i attempted a realistic portrait was 3 years ago and it ended up looking like a cross between me and Drew Barrymore or something :-|
