I think what makes it so appealing to look at is the contrast between the lightness of the leaf and darkness of the water

I never thought an apple could look more beautiful ;___;

The only critique I have is that I would find it more aesthetically appealing if the indoor lighting wasn't there, and you kept only the natural lighting on the apple. The yellow light is a little distracting.
