Nope. I never really liked them. :/Paramore was ruined by Decode. That song was good and fit the movie, but it just... yeah.
Hey - they probably need money.
Yeah, but I didn't even hear of half of them until I saw them on the soundtrack(s).They also gain a broader audience.

I know and heard of most of these bands, and your right Twilight really is ruinning the music business. I listened to the Killers, the Bravery, plus Florence and the Machine but I still just can't believe it. Then there is Linkin Park, Jack White, and Queens of the Stone Age which don't fit in at all with twilight. And lastly I knew the Muse and Panamore were doing songs for twilight which immediately lost my respect.Not only are they killing music, but their tinnybopper fans have bad taste in music already. Justin Bieber? Jonas Brothers? Its all just so terrible. So now most of the music today is poisioned, but now their killing all the other good bands too. It just has to stop.

linkin park, i didn't like in the first place, but killers and muse? i was ashamed! i thought they were better than that! plus, the killers were my fave band at the time when they were put on the soundtrack. thankfully, they're not anymore. now i prefer bands like the libertines, smiths and cribs and there is no way they would do anything like that (if they did i would eat my hat- lol hahaha)

The only song I never really liked Paramore was Decode. It didn't sound like them. They're a bouncy punk-emo band not a screechy band.Yes, Twilight will take over music, although from careful blackmail (not really. I'm actually friends with people in the Twilight Lovers group) I found out that SMeyer's favorite band is Muse, so that's why they appear on all the soundtracks.
But Paramore was stupid on Decode. I bought it from iTunes to listen to the whole thing and I chnged the album name to "Paramore Shouldn't Have Made A Song For Twilight", and put a pic of the band on there instead of Bella and Edward.
MYHAPPYMONSTER- I've doing the closest thing to seeing them in august. johnny marr is in the cribs now and i'm going to see them at leeds fes! :D

Johnny marr was the guitarist in the smiths. he is now part of the cribs. i am going to see the cribs, therefore johnny marr as well. not as good as morrisey though :(

I'm so happy to know I'm not the only one that's super annoyed that some of my favorite bands are now associated with Twilight >.<
Like why can't bad singers be on those soundtracks? I'd be totally fine with a Twilight soundtrack that consisted entirely of Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber.
