When you write your comment in the box if you look above the box to the right it says 'add book/author'. When you click that you can add books by the cover or by title alone...

Finished with North of Beautiful and you MUST add it to your summer read list :)

My summer reading list, so far, includes Graceling, Forever, Scarlett Fever, Some Girls Are.

I read Hex Hall and liked it - just wish I didn't have to wait a year for the next one!!
I have several books im gonna try to get through in the summer. Going to thailand next week so will bring some books with me there to read.
So far i have: The Hunger Games, Thorn Queen, Spirit Bound, Succubus Shadows, Voices of Dragons, Wicked Lovely and i want to reread The Hobbit: or There and Back Again. Also waiting for Linger to come out, and im currently reading Sea Glass...

First, I have a list of 12 classics by French authors for school that must be read...blah.
Then, other than that:
Going Too Far - Jennifer Echols
Hourglass - Claudia Gray
Book of Love - Abra Ebner
Dark Flame - Alyson Noel
Dreamland - Sarah Dessen
Ever - Gail Carson Levine
Forget You - Jennifer Echols
If I Stay - Gayle Forman
Hush, Hush - Becca Fitzpatrick
Keeping the Moon - Sarah Dessen
Perfect Chemistry - Simone Elkeles
Sing Me To Sleep - Angela Morrison
Strange Angels - Lilith Saintcrow
Strange Fate - LJ Smith (if it comes out!)
many others...but those were just a few!

And I was staring at the cover and realized that the eyebrow is really fake, not even a good photoshop :P
Next up is North of Beautiful (because it has to go back to the library in a few days).

I loved both

I wonder why they bothered with the ridiculously fake ring when they didn't even mention it in the story. Maybe to show us that Hey, this girl is different?

For those wanting to read Hex Hall - DO IT! I absolutely loved that book. One of my fave YA in awhile.

NP! lol, actually, you guys all helped me figure out what to read. theres a billion of my to-reads out there, but i'm not so sure how i'll find everything...and how i'll read them all....
ALSO, an add-on to my list: The entire Luxe series, after the 1st. I want to see how the characters turn out....

I'm sorry you didn't like it Peep! As for the cover-so many books have covers that don't make sense, I stopped trying to figure them out. But in this case I'm willing to bet the eyebrow ring on the cover was, like you said, there to show she's different considering they don't show her blue hair.
How did you like North of Beautiful?

I liked North of Beautiful, it was actually really sweet. I can't remember what I wrote in my review though :P

Yeah, when I picked up Going Too Far, because of the cover and description, I expected it to be a cheesy overly dramatic romance but was pleasantly surprised. I love stories with a lot of romantic tension and the whole "will they, won't they" thing going on, so this was right up my alley.

I just finished it and was all like "awwwwwww"

really, really good! a bit like Gossip Girl (the show as I refuse to read the books!)

1. Wait for the delivery of "Linger"
2. Will finish the Wicked Lovely Series (started Fragile Eternity this morning)
3. Fallen is waiting for me as well as
4. the 2nd book of the Black Dagger series

I will say this though: This seems like the summer for Kevin Brooks books. I've read probably five of them this summer alone.
I currently have these books to be read within I suppose the next four weeks:
Birthmarked by Caragh O'Brien
Bullet Point by Peter Abrahams
Chasing Lincoln's Killer by James Swanson
Jude by Kate Morgenroth
Koyal Dark, Mango Sweet by Kashmira Sheth
Little Blog on the Prairie by Cathleen Davitt Bell
My Abandonment by Peter Rock
And I have this on audio I just picked up:
The Compound by S.A. Bodeen
