Hello everyone - I'm new here :)

Hello, my name is Lioba. I'm 41 years old and from Germany. I've always loved reading - however, during my university years when I was forced to read so many books I didn't feel like reading at the time, I kind of lost my passion for reading. I couldn't really concentrate on books for several years, I would only read maybe one or two books a year. And I was missing it! Then a little more than 2 years ago I found a book in the bargain bin of a big supermarket that immediately grabbed my interest: The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls. It was so fascinating that it brought me back to reading! And here I am, although very busy at work, reading about a book a week. :)

Welcome to the group Lioba. I felt exactly the same way about reading after my A level in English literature. Didn't find my love for reading again until after university.
