I will stop there....I could seriously recomment dozens lol

I really liked Shade. I cant wait for book two to come out!
Great additions to the list, Anne. Thanks! Glad you enjoyed Shade. I did too. I even went out and purchased some of Jeri's adult fiction. ;)

I can't wait to read 13 To Life. 2k10 is THE year for Paranormal YA! I have yet to be disappointed by any of the newbies!!!
Hey Heather - 13 to Life is going to be yummy. I'm still waiting for my copy, but I've read the first chapter and am enjoying Shannon's launch online. She's got some great contests this month. Check out #WerewolfJune and #Shannon_Delany on Twitter. ;)
I agree 2010's YA titles rock my paranorm socks off...lol...

I have the following on my summer to read (sorry not all are debut authors):
ARC of Beautiful Darkness by Kami Garcia & Margie Stohl
The Demon's Covenant by Sarah Rees Brennan
Shade by Jeri Smith Ready
Sisters Red by Jackson Pearce
And I still need to get Freaksville by Kitty Keswick
BTW, I have an ARC of Shadow Hills up for grab (a contest) on my blog if anyone is interested. :-) Let me know and I will give you the link.
Great titles there, Aly - doesn't have to be newbie authors - in fact, I'm secretly trying to prove that there were Twilights out there before Twilight was cool. ;)
Please include the link - we wanna know!
I guess we should add these to the group in the book listy section. I'll get on that.

I will definatly be heading over for your contest. I have had that on my to-read list for months. I even found out that the first chapter was available on audiobook so I went right out and downloaded it. I love it. July 13th cant come soon enough!
July 13 is a good day for paranorm titles!

I have never heard of this one I will have to check it out. I love these recommendation threads because there are just so many books and so little time to discover them all :)
I know....it's so hard to keep track of all the great titles coming down the pipe. It's a marvy time to be a reader. ;)

The MI series by Cassandra Clare
* Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare
* Holly Black's White
* Shiver and Linger by Maggie Stiefvater
* 13 To Life by Shanno Delany
* Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick
* The Dark Divine by Bree Despain
It's so hard to pick a few books. There's so many great books out there.
Nightshade by Andrea Cremer when it's out. It's fantastic! Paranomarlcy by Kiersten White when it's out

A Great & Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray
Shadowed Summer by Saundra Mitchell
Bad Girls Don't Die by Katie Alender
Lament & Ballad by Maggie Stiefvater
Wicked Lovely Series by Melissa Marr
Wow! Some great books out there.
Nice additions, or should I say, editions. ;) I'll add them to our "bookshelf" of paranormal goodies. I totally agree on Paranormalcy - read an e-book from BEA...my first e-adventure and I LOVED it.
Also pillaged from BEA - an ARC of Hold Me Closer Necromancer by Lish McBride - very clever and funny...creepy too.
I can't wait to read Linger by Maggie Stiefvater - I will definitely check out her other titles, thanks for sharing them!

Ohhh....very cool. The contest would do amazingly well...cause I'd enter a million times...lol...
LA is pretty happening, eh? Might have to plan a trip next year.

Katie - Austin is another great book place. You are lucky too. Enjoy meeting Maggie and I know you get to see Cassie Clare in September. She won't be at the one in Pasadena. I am bummed.

I am moving to L.A. in 8 weeks from central Ilinois! I am really excited. What makes L.A. a great book place? I was only counting on the weather the beach to to motivate the move but if there is more! lol :)

lol...good thing, too, because if you guys started talking beach / sun / sand...I'd have died of envy. ;)

RAISED BY WOLVES
SISTERS RED
SHADOW HILLS
BEAUTIFUL CREATURES
DEAD IS THE NEW BLACK series
WALKING DEAD GIRL series
BLEEDING VIOLET
**Of course you can check out my paranormal romance CROSSED OUT too. I think it's kind of unique.
Hey Kim, thanks for those additional titles. I just finished Sisters Red and - wow - loved it. I'll have to check out your book...congrats!
