I swear district 10 is livestock not 5 it says in Catching Fire actually I already quoted it in Banned comment 365 it says that 10 is livestock

Well in Catching Fire on page 213 the end of the first paragraph it says, "But what are the livestock keepers from DISTRICT 10, who are dressed as cows, doing with flaming belts?"
