I just read this last year, I should remember the title. This girl is living with her mom, and her dad gets out of prison after molesting her. He gets out earlier than he was supposed to, he wasn't supposed to get out until she was 18.

Her mom lets him move back in with them. The girl is friends/girlfriend with a boy who lives in the same complex, and he was also molested by her dad.
