Steph (angel4492) | 32703 comments Did you ever dress up as your favorite supe? For Halloween? A convention?

Steph (angel4492) | 32703 comments I have dressed up as a vampire more than once for Halloween. It's my fall back costume actually. Didn't have time to come up with something original? Ok, I'll just wear my vamp costume again. LOL!

My hubby has played my victim each time. We've gone so far as to buy the two teeth puncture wounds and fake blood. He sometimes turns out better than me!

I'll dig out a picture to share. :)

Steph (angel4492) | 32703 comments LMAO!!! Gimme a minute (oh wait, one hour's passed already?! where's the time go?!?!) :D

DarkHeart "Vehngeance" (darkheart) | 82 comments I went as Simi one year to work, complete with the bottle of BBQ sauce. My best friend was the one who knew who she was, so I ended up just telling people I was a demon. =)

Steph (angel4492) | 32703 comments I had to look that one up, DarkHeart b/c I haven't read any of Kenyon's Dark Hunter series yet. I have book 1 sitting here TBR though.

Got a picture? :)

Steph (angel4492) | 32703 comments Ok, Judithe, you asked for it ...

My teeth had fallen out by the time this was taken, but you get the gist. :)

These will only be up for a limited time only, then gotta delete them b/c my hubby will kill me for posting them online. LOL!! ;)

So, click, laugh and forget you ever saw them! LOL!

Vamp & Victim (gotta love the waxy wig!)

Devo (not PNR/UF related, but still a TON of fun as a costume! If you don't know who Divo is, look up "Whip It" on YouTube!) *hubby's hidin' behind me* hehe

Edited @ 28 Jun to remove links ... sorry, guys, missed your chance.

Steph (angel4492) | 32703 comments *blush* You're welcome :D

The Devo costumes (me, hubby, SIL & BIL) was THE best fun I've had dressing up. We were crackin' each other up all night! The hats were HILARIOUS, but worked great. Something from a hardware store converted into hats. LMAO!!!!

Laura Lulu (lauralulu) | 1603 comments Ooh, I love the Devo costumes! We have a party in September where we have to dress up as "Pop Icons" and I'm trying to think of ideas. Are Devo pop icons? Lol. The friends who are having the party have awesome theme/costume parties. Last year was the 70's and the year before was the 80's. And I won best female costume both years, so I have some pressure. :)

I was Sarah Palin for Halloween, so as of right now we're going as Sarah Palin & Todd the First Dude. But it doesn't scream awesome for me yet. :)

None of this is paranormal related, but oh well. :)

Steph (angel4492) | 32703 comments I would say that back in the day, they were pop icons. Go for it, Laura! :)

Sounds fun!

Wan (wanwaddell) | 612 comments I once dressed up as Cruella DeVil for a halloween party with a half black/white wig and all. Not my icon and I don't do real fur so it was just for fun. She was glamorous and I enjoy dressing up.

I looked thru my parents pictures when they were young. Found tons of pictures when they attended costume parties (they called "fancies") and there were theme so they have to dress-up accordingly. And we don't celebrate Halloween in Thailand so I guess that's their outlets. :-)
