I love Alex, but he'd make a better Josh then Zach. Plus Zach has dark hair and that's just what I think.

~ Also a top-class spy and the best in his department
~ Has a secret past with deceased parents (kinda like Cammie, but they can relate more)
~ Knows many secrets about Cammie (non-existant cat named Suzie
~ Has a sarcastic and witty sense of humour
~ Is dark, tall and mysterious (My type of guy ;)
~ Goes to an all-boys school (so he can't cheat on her)
~ Can be very sweet at moments and gives his compliments in secret ('well you don't look hidous')
~ Has a cool guy reputation
~ Great flirter and teases Cammie
~ Calls her 'Gallagher Girl'
~ Likes to get close to Cammie (ie: dancing with her, being her partner, touching her forehead)
~ Very bold like when he dips Cammie in front of the school and kisses her goodbye
~ Are still in a relationship
~ Care for Cammie (saves her from the Circle)
~ Gets jealous of Josh (calls him Jimmy to pretend he is not intimidated by him)

Overall, I am a 'Zammie' fan (Zach and Cammie) because he and her have more in common and could share a life together without making Cammie feel like she is lying to him. Plus, Cammie needs someone to be at the same level as her, she is an independant girl and Josh wouldn't be able to be at the same level. Josh is more of a first crush, but definitely not a love.
Plus, in my mind, Zach is the hottest guy in the planet
