All Caps Author, Not My Fault

I was adding a bunch of contributors to an anthology. When I saved my changes, I noticed one name (Thomas Monteleone) showed up in all caps. I went back to edit and retyped his name u/lc. But it still came up in all caps.

Any ideas why?

And I can't even get to his author page.

Because once an author has been input that way (edit: for which we can usually thank Amazon), the only way to fix it is from their author profile. FYI, he's actually Thomas F. Monteleone, and I merged the two profiles.
