Jacko (marbo) | 18 comments I've got a few books in my nook's library that say LendMe after the title. The problem is that I don't have any other friends who have a nook (I've got one other friend with an ereader, but she has a Kindle). How does this LendMe thing work? I would love to be able to swap books with some other nook users out there who are interested!

Brittany Antal (brittanylovesvampires) | 23 comments Basically with LendMe you need the persons name and email address that they registered their nook with and you add them to your contacts, then when you decide to lend it to them you go to that book and select lend me and their name and it gets sent to their nook. The rules are, they have the book for 2 weeks and after two weeks it automatically gets returned to you. Also, in those two weeks you cannot read it so make sure its a book you have already read and are not currently reading. Lastly, you can only lend out a book once, which I think is ridiculous but there's nothing to be done about that, at least not yet. Maybe they will change the rules eventually, i guess well just have to wait and see.

Megan (missmegs) | 5 comments Question-- I have lent many books but this something I cant remember a friend of mine lent me a book and I already read it, but still have a week until it goes back to her. Well she has another book that I want, do I have to wait until that other book goes back before she can send that??

Your friends don't have to have a Nook to read the eBooks, you can read them on a computer, blackberry, iphone/itouch and ipad with the Barnes & Noble ereader. There is a website called BooksforNooks which lets you add your books that are lendable and lets you search for books you'd like to read. Hope this helps!

Trish (trishie7) (trishie7) I am part of a group on facebook for nook users. We lend out books to each other.

It's very organized, I've borrowed about 7 books from the group in the past 3 weeks.

The group is called "I have a nook and I'm willing to share books".

here is the url: http://www.facebook.com/#!/group.php?...
