If I look this book up on Amazon, it returns "Return of the Mammoth etc" by Ken Pierce 1986 (though the sellers say they're selling Hell-makers) and the ISBN is the same as the GR edition.

If I look this same book up on WorldCat, it returns "Hell-Makers" by Titan Bks 1986, same ISBN.

The GR listing (Death in Slow Motion etc) says it's from Titan 1986, which isn't true, as Titan didn't publish the Death in Slow Motion set of stories back in the 1980s.

So I'm pretty sure this should be Hell-Makers, Titan 1986, and should be separated from the Ken Pierce issue of Death in Slow Motion etc.

Could somebody just double-check for me and tell me the sequence I should follow to fix this?

Thanks.

Looks like bad data from Amazon, which was the book's source. Amazon fixed some of the data, but that doesn't automatically fix anything here.

I got it. In order: I
1) Deleted the current GR book, in case anyone had shelved it under the wrong title;
2) Re-imported it from Amazon by searching for the ISBN;
3) Edited the title and added the illustrator.

Lindig | 167 comments So it's now Hell-makers? Great! Thanks!

Lindig | 167 comments I'm going to separate the Hell-makers Titan 1986 from the Hell-makers Titan 2005 because the story sets are not the same. I'll put a Librarian Note in, too.

Ah, sorry about that. A Note is a good idea.

Lindig | 167 comments No prob. Good thing I have the complete list for him on my computer or this kind of thing would never be caught. I only caught it because I saw "2 editions" and I said to myself, I don't think so.

Anyhow, this particular one is now fixed. Yah!
