hey, people i have a problem. My story is about this dude whos daughter got killed by an assissin, but ten years later he hes sent on a mission (because hes a marine) to kill the guy. Should he kill the guy without mercy, or forgive him?

It depends. Has the assassin changed into some quiet family guy and given up his past job, or is the guy still assassing people? If its the second one, you might want to consider killing him.
