Shelleyrae at Book'd Out | 145 comments The latest update to Stanza crashed my ipod - I had to do a recovery and reset. Its not only me, it happened to a lot of both ipod and iphone users, so be wary of updating to 3.0.

If you do/have updated and you crash I can let you know what worked for me.

Cathy (cathygreytfriend) | 53 comments Thanks for the warning! I use it so seldom now that I have a nook, so I'll wait before upgrading and see if they work out the problem. I'm glad I saw this before the it popped up on my iPhone today. Thanks again!

Heather in FL (heather_fl) I updated my Stanza on Sunday before seeing this post. I have an iPhone and I haven't had trouble. I did see lots of info on the Lexcycle site about the issues, so maybe I was just lucky. I am glad I don't keep hundreds of books on my phone though. That would so suck to have to reload them all if that was the case. Lexcycle's "fix" is to delete the app, reinstall it, and reload all your books. Several people on the Lexcycle site mentioned having super-large libraries (over 1000 books). I can't imagine keeping that many on my phone, lol! Lexcycle also thought the issue might be with large libraries, so if you just have a few books, you *might* be OK. If I have as many as 50 on my phone, I'd be surprised.
