I don't mean to troll, but its become somewhat of a fad to hate on anything Twilight. People tend to recoil and spew gibberhate at the very mention of anything Twilight, without even giving it a chance.

um.. fyi ive read all the books and seen all the movies and I still think its shit.So maybe you need to learn that not everybody is going to LOVE twilight saga and when theres such a shit book and movie in existance you have got to EXPECT people to hate it...
Isn't it odd that the people who hate it are the ones heavily into books and reading... The most creative people hate the book... (In general)
I was talking about people that haven't given it a try at all but hate it anyway for other reasons, like the fangirls and such ;> If you're into sappy vampire romance, then its about average.

Totally! People who can recognise good literature and are into reading look at Twilight and see through the facade of hot supernatural guys and acctually look at the writing and the themes and that. We see through the rubbish and rate it at the bottom of all other books we have read (lol) -Personally speaking of course.
The love of Twilight is so superficial. It's not about the quality of writing, or the characters or the plot and the themes - its about obsessing over a love story (Generally - maybe some twilight lovers acctually appreciate the narrative and the themes and the plot?)

Well, sadly I;m not creative. Seriously, what is not creative about me?? My teacher keeps knocking off points whenever I turn in these stories for our projects and gives the girl next to me 100% when she writes about cliched things like a girl who falls in love with a rich guy and she's not rich...blah blah blah.

That IS depressing. Then again, about 70% of the female population at my school consists of Twilighters. I, however, am proud to be part of the 30% that is NOT obsessed with Twilight.

Come on, now. You guys must have insanely high expectations if you think the guy that played Edward is ugly. I'll admit they made him look a bit weird in the movie, but its not what you'd call ugly.

Twilight is retarded...Stephenie Meyer literally destroyed the good name of vampires and she made a travesty of the myth...I am so annoyed by the Twilight series... I honestly can`t beleieve that anybody, other then twelwe-year-old emo girls can be impressed by this ... thing, this phenomenom of modern culture...It`s so sad...Where have the good old vampire stories gone?
Yeah, that's what I'm wondering. And now, if a writer tries to come out with their OWN vampire series with vampires that DON'T sparkle, people either say "That's stupid!" or "Why don't THEIR vampires sparkle? That's dumb!" or "That's SOOOO copying Twilight!" while those of us that are NOT in love with Twilight say "No, actually, it's a really good series" (or whatever), and the Twi-hards just yell at us. Unfortunately, this also happens with pre-existing series, that were published BEFORE Twilight came out (*coughCirqueduFreakcough*)

well, if people like the books, why would they want to buy or even read something that makes them less perfect to them?? and for those who dont like the books, i dont really see them buying a book like that, even if it is pointing out every flaw in it. sorry, thats just my opinion.
Good idea, as long as you don't over-analyze it and try and be objective about it. Even people who are casually interested in it could get thrown off if you micro analyze every word that they say and hate on every little thing.Oh, and I don't know if people would really pay for it x_x Why not set up a website instead? its free, and can reach a wider audience
Yeah, that's a good idea. In theory, if you ended up doing it, and tried to sell it, I don't know if I'd buy it. BUT if you made a website for it, I'd definitely check out the website, so I'd say the website's a good plan. You should go for it. :)
ya it's a good idea but you can't legally do that it's against the copy right laws and if Stephenie Meyers found out you'd be sued up and down probably because it would point out the flaws in her precious book
Yeah, but I'm pretty sure that's only if you actually PUBLISH it. I think a website would be fine, as long as you put a copyright disclaimer and stuff.

But anyway I hate twilight also because bella just acts selfish and im tired of hearing EDWARDS HOT! This is my opionion but i only think girls like twilight because EDWARDS HOt or jacob is. Lol a website is a good idea!! You should also highlight all the words that have probably been looked up in a thesaurus or right-clicked on Word which don't make sense in the context.And you should have massive word-counts on how many times she ACCTUALLY says the word "chagrin" or the word "marble" or "greek-god" lol!!! THAT would be funny.
