Do you have a collection of favorites?

I just finished a book I adored (Patron Saint of Liars, Ann Patchett). I have a few friends to whom I might lend it, but I think this is one of those books I'll want to touch, remember -- maybe read through some underlined passages now and again. I started looking through some of my reviews for 2009/2010 and thought: I want one shelf, maybe two, where I can put my favorites -- together, alone. I don't even care if the shelf is in the laundry room or something. Anyone else have such a collection?

Two book shelves in the bedroom. One for fiction: Alice Hoffman & Classics on the 2nd shelf, romance on the 3rd, contemporary fiction on the 4th, SF/F on the bottom. One for nonfiction: DIY, poetry & humor 2nd shelf, cookbooks on 3rd,4th & 5th, Gourmet & Cook's Illustrated on the bottom.
