Was this book good? I saw it and read some of it.....but it didn't really look that good.

This book is so funny, I stole the second and third ones from my brother. You also have to read the daily comics online to get some of it.

I found the first book of "Big Nate" original, and yet somehow the humor/comedy was mediocre in my opinion, which may seem like a contradiction. The only part that made me laugh out loud was when Big Nate stuffed a bunch of socks or toilet paper in these large shorts he was wearing that did not fit him. (Leaning too close over a sink, his own shorts got wet in the wrong place, that's why he got in the big shorts.)
I was definitely laughing when I read the book. When I started reading it, I couldn't put itt down.
