Help! I can't remember the name of this book...
Hi I’m looking for a historical romance story about the hero who was captive and everyone thought he was killed and on the night returned to find his brother about to marry his fiancée then everything changed and he took his place in the clan and with his wife ( the heroine ) please any can help me find the book
Judith Mcaught's Something Wonderful has h about to marry H's cousin and heir when he returns ... but this is set in England and not the Highlands, etc. so no clans ... H is a duke

Hi, I'm trying to find this book I've read not long ago, it an old book set in 80s maybe about a young English woman who befriends a man who takes to visit (maybe) his house and there she meets his older brother and of course falls in love with him but he thinks she's obviously a gold digger so he courts her to save his brother and gets her to marry him but doesn't consummate the wedding and very indifferent to her he's not even attracted to her. Then the next morning she asks him at the breakfast table why he married her and i think he tells her everything which breaks her hear.
I don't know why but I really want to read it again!

Good day i am still looking for a harlequin from the nineties where shy heroine switch place with her more outgoing twin at her wedding. She marries the hero who does not know its her and that they have switched places. I remember the heroine's sister ran off with her spanish lover the day of the wedding. Leaving the heroine to fix the mess. The heroine and hero spend the honeymoon on an island where she bumps into her sister's friends. This was a tense moment but they also did not recognise that it was the wrong twin. The heroine carried on the charade until her father and hero found out. The hero forgives her. At the end they open a charity organisation. Also heroine was an artist who studied in paris. This has been driving me crazy so would like your help
Hi I'm looking for 3 books. Hopefully someone here can identify it.1) Hero and Heroine used to be together. But they broke off when Heroine mom or dad died and Heroine was inconsolable and shuts herself from the hero despite hero trying his best to console her.
They broke off and they met again while heroine was working in his company (forgot if it was takeover or something) and was shocked that he have a child because she did not tell him.
I remember that the company had a day care center and heroine spent her lunch hour checking on her kid and hero was looking and checking the kids out trying to identify his child.
2) I read this book around 1996 so have feeling it's publish in that era. The hero hold a dual citizenship. He's based in the states but he's either from the mediterranean or south american. He's wealthy and a professional baseball player. Heroine is a shy lady and an aspiring writer. They met while the Heroine got stranded and stumble on his cabin. They got married because she pregnant during their one night together. Heroine is constantly second guessing if they did the right thing in getting married because they're both polar opposites.
3) Heroine loves the hero younger brother but ended up marrying the hero. While married the heroine still does not like the hero. She starts to have feeling for him when she prepare a special dinner and waited for him but he ended up being late because there was storm outside and the car either break down or block by a tree and he had to walk to his home because he knew the heroine would be worried.

1. maybe The Ranieri Bride I'm not sure about the parents but the heroine does have a child in day care and the hero takes over the business. He sees child in the foyer and sends his bodyguard to the daycare to make sure the heroine doesn't try to run.

I am looking for a book, probably a Harlequin Presents, where the hero literally steps over the body of the unconscious/semiconscious heroine to leave a room because he believes she's making a scene and not in genuine distress. I've somehow managed to conflate this scene with the one in The Kouvaris Marriage where the hero walks out on his fainting wife to go to the OW, so any of the conditions below may or may not apply to the book I'm looking for:
1. they might be married.
2. he might be Greek or Italian (*eyeroll* I know. In HPlandia, that's like saying "I'm looking for the yellow minion in blue overalls.")
3. she might be pregnant
4. he might be going to see an OW
Any ideas?

Hi reeder ... I think there is a contemporary where H walks away from h who may have injured her leg to dance attendance on pretending-to-be-preggers OW .... h is really pregnant though .... but as usual ... cannot remember the name ...

Hi I need help to find a book the title I don't remember- Hero is either polish or Eastern European a tycoon of sorts widowed - wife died from cancer she has double mastectomy. It was endearing story hope I can find it. The heroine is young girl working in his office.

Looking for name of harlequin were h goes to Bali paid for by her mother. She was left in control of her father company and it’s going bankrupt. Hero follows h to Bali. He will help save company if h gives there marriage another chance. They travel around bali and are miserable. They go home hero has a house he’s fixing up . there is a woman hero says he was involved with after h left him . She lived in apartment over garage but does not now. The h does a runner at end after she sees him dancing with ow at a charity event. She goes back to Bali hero follows. There I s also h dad that set hero up so h through the he was having an affair. Bracelet left in hotel in name of mr and mrs. bracelet was a gift from h dad.

Diana Palmer has two (that I know of) that have this theme:
