savage betrayal by lynne graham has similarities to your description. the similar points are that leads meet after years in convention where Hero is giving speech and he knows h is gonna be there.

h has their daughter secret and she is living with her sister in their farmhouse

H n h parted due to misunderstanding but hero thinks h has stolen money and thats why she vanished years ago

Hi I'm looking for a book where the heroine's name is Crystal. She's some kind of cook celebrity and currently write a cook book in a country where she met the hero. I don't remember the hero's name though. And if I'm not mistaken, the hero doesn't like/approve the heroine. It's an old release harlequin, maybe some 10 years back.

Need help locating a book. Heroine and hero were dating but hero had either family member or close friend that was very jealous of the relationship. There is a scene between the three of them when the hero basically chooses the friend/family member. Heroine had recently discovered that she was pregnant. Hero did not know. Heroine leaves her apartment for a few months to heal from the situation and I think puts her apartment on the market and only comes back when it was sold? And as she comes back hero shows up and starts to apologize. I could be mixing up some of the details here but that's kind of what I remember. Anyone know what book this is?

I asked about this book here several years ago and got no joy so I thought I'd ask again since we have new members. Hope you all don't mind.

The book I'm looking for is about a mistress. The beginning of the book has her unknowingly saying something to the hero's sister that causes her to go out and get injured in a wreck. The hero throws the heroine out onto the street. That's all I remember and it's been driving me crazy for years. I hope someone can help.

Think it is an older or vintage HP but the hero meets the heroine and has a night with her, then he leaves to marry another woman or because she wasn't good enough, something along those lines. Heroine finds out she is pregnant soon after and goes to stand on a bridge. Some guy stops his car and tells her not to jump, they end up getting married and she ends up having twins. Then the other guy who married her, dies and suddenly the hero is back in the picture.

I have read this book and I don't think it was that long ago. Drat I can't find it though. Maybe if I had shelved it by "didn't jump off bridge" I could put my fingers on it. ;-)

I have an odd one that I cannot find. I never read it, but I did read the promo summary for it in the back of a novel, probably early to mid 1990s.

I have looked for this HP for years. I think it is 1990 or older. The hero has a mistress and they are happy together. "Tempestuous Reunion" isn't the book, but "Raging Passion" sounds much closer and its being 1985 also fits well. Amazon doesn't have it in an ebook, but I will scout out a paper copy from them. I'm not sure this is the correct title as I have a vague remembrance of the picture on the front which is different. However, this is closer than I've gotten in many years. Thank you!

There's definitely plot elements similar to The Innocent's Surrender by Sara Craven. The h had a successful business, the H was names Alex (he was Greek though). He also spied on her in a pool in the beginning. There's definitely a revenge/blackmail element too.

There are elements of this that remind me of Maya Banks' Wanted by Her Lost Love. It's not an HP, but is in the Hqn line I think.

Its set in Australia.. The h belongs to a Upper class society in australia but theyve lost their money.. The H is the 'new rich',.... has money but still is not accepted in the Upper class.. so he decides to marry the h to be accepted.. the h is under pressure from her parents... On the wedding night he finds out she is a virgin.. and exclaims something like so i have a virgin wife... so thats how it progresses... one scene i particularly remember .. I am unable to recall the name of this book which I am sure was solved on just this forum a few months ago. The h's father had some business (a shipping business I think) and she is married off to the H who wants her in exchange for the business. I remember the h wanted to be a nun. There is a lovemaking scene in which the h gags on being touched by the H. There is a rape scene too I think. I remember a kissing scene below the mistletoe in the end I think. Plzzzz help.
