Yes, this is it! It's not even a Harlequin... I got the details all wrong, but you figured it out. Thank you so much! It was like a song stuck in my head. Finally, I can re-read it :) Thanks!

Hi, I hope someone knows this Harlequin romance. That would be great. The Heroine is a shy young woman who has a car accident (or something similar) and is rescued by the Hero but she has amnesia and can’t remember who she is. The Hero is a farmer or the like. He is also more the silent brooding type. She is young and "boyish"/fragile. I believe she has short hair. She spends time on his farm and they grow close. I believe there is also a boy, the nephew of the Hero. But the Hero has a chip on his shoulder, he has a brother (maybe even twin) that has always been more successful. He interprets a scene between the brother and the Heroine wrongly but of course in the end there is a happy ending.
Thanks!

Maybe Heiress Beware I'm not confident though. I love amnesia books and have read so many the stories can blur a bit.
Thanks, but it is not. :( I forgot to mention that it is a classic Harlequin from the 70ies or early 80ies.
Hello everyone! I'm trying to help a friend find an old book (she read it around 15 years ago) the title of she can't remember! This is what I've got:
"I'm not 100% of this but I think the events happened somewhere in Australia, the heroine first knew the hero's half brother, they worked at neighboring businesses and he had a crush on her but she didn't give him face so they became friends. Then she had to leave her job and he offered to get her a new one at his brother's business. I think his brother (the hero) owns some lands and something akin to a tourist attraction and he needed a photographer to work on catalogue or something because his photographer had an accident and the heroine had photography skills albeit wasn't a proper photographer. Once she started working for him of course there was instant attraction but the catch is his brother has a habit of sending his exes to work for him brother as form or distraction to get rid of them so the hero thought the heroine was one of his brother's exes and he refused to get involved with any girl whom his brother slept with by principle"

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows of any secret baby tropes, were it’s the heroine who doesn’t know she has a child rather than the hero. Thanks

Not many books with this trope in Harlequin presents I think....
But this one could be categorised as partly secret, in the sense that the Heroine gives birth, But is told that she had a miscarriage, and then she has amnesia and remembers that she gave birth to a child.
The Latin Lover's Secret Child
In this book, the heroine is in an accident, she’s in coma and she is pregnant but doesn’t know it. She delivers the baby while in coma. After coming out of coma, she sees the hero with the baby and asks whose baby it is? So this one could fit your secret from heroine baby trope.
The Mommy Miracle
One more book
Sarah's Baby
One more angst ridden book.
Bride of the Sheikh
Klelia wrote: "Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows of any secret baby tropes, were it’s the heroine who doesn’t know she has a child rather than the hero. Thanks"The Costanzo Baby Secret one of my faves. Heroine wakes up after accident with amnesia. She doesn't know she is married or has a baby. Hero thinks she was running away with OM and was leaving him.
Klelia wrote: "Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows of any secret baby tropes, were it’s the heroine who doesn’t know she has a child rather than the hero. Thanks"I sort of remember one where the heroine was married to a jerk and had an extra marital affair with the hero. It turned out her husband was related to the hero, and when he found out about the heroine's married status he broke up with her. She went back to the husband, had a child (don't remember if it was the hero's or the husband's). She was leaving the husband when she had an accident and her daughter was in the car with her. The husband convinced her that the child had died, and divorced the heroine and took the child with him. The heroine has a lot of guilt until a few years later when the hero confront's her about abandoning her daughter. The husband is now dead and has passed on the guardianship of the child to the hero.
The plot is SO CLEAR in my head but I can't seem to remember the name or the author! Anyone?
Klelia wrote: "Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows of any secret baby tropes, were it’s the heroine who doesn’t know she has a child rather than the hero. Thanks"I found this one, but just FYI, i think the baby is result of a rape which is probably why i haven't read it.

Found it, it's A Time For Love by Amanda Browning
Does anyone recognize this book? Someone is looking for it and I feel like I know it but cannot get there. I thought it was a Sharon Sala book from when she wrote for Harlequin, but I can't find a book of hers that fits.So it was a book I read 20 years ago. A little girl lost her parents and came to stay with her parents friend and her new husband. The lady had a son and the new husband was abusive towards them and as the girl grew he was looking at her in the wrong way so the boy took the girl and ran. They were caught by a cop when they were stealing food and he took them on and raised them. Years later someone kills the cop and the boy who is now a cop tries to find the killer. He wants the girl but feels it's wrong coz he should be looking at her like a sister. I think her name is lily.

Hi, another one I can’t find. It is a vintage Harlequin, probably from the late 70ies or early 80ies.
It starts on a cruise ship. The heroine is working as assistant for her sister or stepsister who is an actress but treats her badly. The entire film crew is onboard on their way to the Middle East where the movie is shot. The hero is the main protagonist in the movie that is being filmed but also some kind of sheik or prince. Somehow he doesn’t like how the heroine is treated and they pretend to be engaged to protect her. When they get to his palace, they actually go through with the marriage, not sure why but I remember that the hero’s mother is very much fond of the heroine and of course the sister is still scheming. Because the heroine thinks the hero doesn’t love her, the tries to run away just to be found and brought to the hero’s tent. Later on, she does run away again, and sails back by cruise ship. He followed her and finally declares himself and they live happily ever after.
Thanks!

Hi everyone,Please can I get second chance recommendations and book recommendations that have a similar storyline with smoke in the wind by Robyn Donald.
Thank you 😊

By similar to Smoke in the wind do you mean plots where the first meeting between the hero and heroine has already occurred before the hero marries someone else? If so...
There's Sarah's Child by Linda Howard I really like that one.
Diana Palmer's The Patient Nurse
Robyn Donald's The Millionaire's Virgin Mistress
Will post more if I can think of them.

Could you specify what you meant by Second Chance? Is it one where the leads were married and are now divorced/separated? (In which case you should totally check out Nora Roberts' Birthright. It's not an HP but IMO it's the crème de la crème in novels with that plot device)
Does it mean one where the leads were separated by circumstances and/or misunderstandings and get back together?
Or does it mean one where one or both or the leads being previously widowed and finding love again is a key part of the plot.
Or something else entirely?

Do you mean where the hero marries another woman?

Ohh The Secret His Mistress Carried also fits the 'hero married someone else' trope.

Guys I'm wracking my brain trying to figure out this book. The Hero and heroine are neighbours and they first meet when the hero's small son crawls into her backyard.
There's a subplot about the hero's secretary thinking that heroine is a tart and trying to get the hero's ex back into the picture. The ex is a witch and had originally flounced off leaving the son with the hero with full custody, and she tries to come back hoping to make money.
The heroine manages to win over the secretary's approval when she single handedly nurses both the hero and the son through a case of chicken pox.
There is also a subplot about the heroine having once gotten pregnant with an ex's child and she lost it, so she's quite attached to the hero's son.
(there was everything and the kitchen sink in the plot apparently)
In the end the hero proposes by sending apples and a party impersonator dressed like a snake to the heroine's workplace (she own's a garden center or something similar with a garden of eden themed name)
Hi everyone, does anyone remember this book - the h and H sleep together but the H believes its h's twin sister (who is seeing/engaged to his friend). After their one night, she runs away out of town. She returns after she has twin girls and finds out she has breast cancer and begins to get treatment. Then the book follows their relationship. Thanks for the help
