i am looking for 2 harlequin books1-h is rich and H is poor . they meet very young and wed against h fathers wish . During honeymoon H realise he is going to be arrested . In order to protect h , H says he lied about loving her
and doesn't consider himself married . There is also somewhere a toy doll involved in this story which they were assigned to look after as a school project.
Years later on verge on h Engg H returns back and want h back.
2 book is about a reporter Maggi - who is asked to interview a famous horse rider who has stopped participating in professional races . His Sister Ana has become blind .
i think H name was felip . maggi helps Ana regain her site back.

Hey everyone all I remember about this book Im looking for is that the H is the CEO of a tech type company and the h works for him, the H seduces the h and the she becomes his mistress, then he finds out from his close friend that she has given all the tech info to a rival and that she is a spy (which is not true) the H confronts the h and she tells him she loves him but he kicks her out of the house. I cant remember anything else :'( Ive been looking for this for so long!! Help mee

Please help me to find this book. I think the heroes are divorced and remember only one thing. The h got hurt by the fact that she no longer was the H's emergency contact person or whatever it's called. This is just my guess, I think something happened to the h and the hospital called the H, now ex husband because he was the h's emergency contact person. So he came to visit her.

Trying to remember a book, I know is was late 80s or early 90s harlequin. It's set during Christmas with a guy (Griff) and I can't remember the h name, but he's giving her a small box on the cover. He's a toy store owner I think and she's in line with her nephew to see Santa. I think there's a line in the book by Griff-And what would his Auntie like for Christmas? During the book Griff invites the h and her family to his family's house for the holidays. Any help would be much appreciated.

I cannot remember the book but the story was about a businessman who thinks the female protagonist is a corporate spy. They end up falling in love, obviously. In the end/epilogue, she is pregnant & was having contractions during a dinner but she hid until the last moment.
This was a part of a series. Please respond if anyone rememvers the book's name.
I'm looking for a book I read several years ago and would like to re-read. It is a historical romance. It is not a Harlequin/Mills Boon. The hero banishes the heroine from his life (can't remember why) she is pregnant (I think unknown to hero). The plague is running rampant over the country. The heroine ends up at someones country estate . She has the baby and is trying to survive with a handful of servants and towns folk who have survived the plague. The hero feels guilty and goes to look for the heroine. I'm pretty sure it takes the hero a few years to find her. I think the title has the word" ashes "or "rose" in it but cannot remember. It would be great if someone can remember the title.

Please help me to find this book. I am going crazy trying to remember it. The H is h's boss. Once they quarrel and the H makes the h bring him documents after work. Her car breaks down but because of her pride she brings the document to the H even if she has to walk under the rain. So after she gives him the documents the H takes her home and spends the night with the h on her caoch. The h had 2 aunts that brought her up after parents death and was coming to visit her next day or week but the took the earlier flight. So they found the h sleeping with the H on the caoch. I think the H told them that they are engaged.

Hi, I'm new to the group and I'm trying to find a vintage harlequin book.(The book was written in nineties I think and it had on the cover a girl and a guy in a black shirt. The book involved a sheikh marrying a woman to pay off her fathers debt and he marries her. He ends up bringing her to the desert to one of his hunting houses. It was published in the 90s because harlequin had yet to move over to the new format of red logo on books.)
Any help is appreciated.

This is the only book I can think of right now. Lifetime Affair by Patt Parrish.
I'm sure this isn't the same book. I can't remember about the aunt's. I can't remember what type of company the h worked for. I believe that the H was one of the corporation bigwigs that came to the company to find out who was stealing secrets. I think her brother worked overseas at a rival company and she was caught sending him a letter. She was fired, because they thought she was the one stealing the information. I can't remember who was stealing, but it wasn't the h.

I'm trying desperately to find a book and hoping someone remembers the title. It was published in the early 2000s, before 2004. I thought it was a Morgan's Mercenaries book (Lindsay McKenna), but I haven't been able to find it anywhere in the complete list so now I'm thinking it was written by someone else.
Both the main characters are pilots; I can't remember their names, but I remember that in course of the book, she didn't have a callsign (she was very buttoned-up and by-the-book and he was more of a hotshot stereotypical pilot) and he gave her one; "Athena"
I remember the cover was him standing slightly behind her and her in a full crouch and there was like a partial parachute coming down around behind them.
If anyone remembers this one and it's name I will be forever grateful!!

I think maybe it was an arranged marriage and she was a bit curvy and self for conscience about her weight that I think a family member drugged the groom on the wedding day so he would be unable to sleep with her. But he assumed that he did and felt awful since she's was younger I think and innocent.
I also remember she had a mean grandfather but she ended up staying away and living her own life and marriage was on paper only where she lived in a country house.
Maybe I'm confusing two different stories as one but I remember reading it in my teens and can't remember it at all lol (old age)

The Greek's Chosen Wife He got drunk/drugged on wedding night. I think he calls her Pudding or some other horrible nickname.

Hello, I am posting this again to see if anyone remembers it. I thought is was a Harlequin Presents but have looked for it very carefully and cannot find it so it may be another contemporary line. It is a jungle trek/adventure plot. the H/h fall in love during their adventure and i think he makes her some sort of ring out of weeds or maybe a cigar band. The scene i remember the most vividly is at the end of the book her father/stepfather who is wealthy arrives on a plane to pick her up and he may have been accompanied by her ex boyfriend. She gets nervous about explaining she has fallen in love with the H and slips off the fake ring so her father doesn't see it. The H sees what she did and gets angry and leaves. It is very similar to Night of The Condor but that is not the book because it is missing the scene I most remember. If you remember any book like this please let me know.

Very nostalgic rereading it but cringe at how they both are - especially "pudding"....

It's been a long time since I read it. I think it takes place around Mexico. I can't remember about the ring, but I think her it's either her ex or her fiance that comes. I also might be from an entirely different book.

He has been brought up by his step dad who loved H a lot
His name is Lucas and he buys his bio-dad's house/land, etc.
h is trying to win a big race on this badly behaved but reputed to win horse who belongs to OW's dad.
Eventually she races on her own faithful and well behaved horse and wins ... I remember H picks her up as she dismounts and hugs her ... she has black hair and either blue or grey eyes
This is a bit old skool with h having a black temper and IIRC there is a scene where H spanks her butt or manhandles her in anger

The author's name is Lee, not the h's. It's Motive for Marriage

Hi! Let's see some magic!#1 HP starts with a little girl (I think 6) who ran away and a neighbor (I think) tells the single dad to ask her best friend, whose mom is single. It scared him, when his daughter went missing, and I think he asked the mother to use a bathroom.
The parents decided to marry and make the girls sisters, and I believe the woman's daughter was a product of force. the group. He served the girls juiced-down mimosas at a breakfast.
#2 HP Greek man was told he couldn't make children and divorced his wife because she wanted to be a mother. Her lawyer convinced her to call her ex and tell him shed gotten pregnant, but the ex didn't care; he believed he was sterile so.it couldn't be his child. I think he had mumps or chicken pox. He returns to her life as his father is dying.
#3 I think this may be Silhouette... the h was a bride to be; her mother, and the groom's, as well as several others, invaded a hotel or inn to plan the wedding. The bride didn't want toarry this guy but couldn't find a way to tell the mothers. Eventually, she starts sleeping with the owner of the hotel/inn and he starts participating in the wedding plans, while insisting he wants to sail to Cabo San Lucas.
#4 The h was sleeping in a hotel room and a drunk man got in her room, thinking it was his. They slept together, and she slipped out. I believe she was wearing a wedding band and was widowed. she gets pregnant. and works in a boutique in a small town. The man shows up and recognized her and takes immediate claim on the baby; he wants to do the right thing, but she protests. Or maybe she was drunk... well, somebody was, I think.

1. The h’s father owned money from the H and the h was trying to reason out with the H. The H is a count, I think, and lives in this castle on top of a big hill. The h has to cross the the hill to get to his house. But when she gets there, she was chased by the H’s dog. The H stopped the dog’s attack and had a conversation with the h. Of course he gave her an ultimatum, be his mistress or her father will go to jail.
2. The h was staying away from her hometown so she came to the H’s ranch to work as a housekeeper. One of the workers on the ranch started hitting on the h and the H prevented him to do so. The H attracted to the h but since she was a virgin, he was being patient with her. The h finally told the H her story and they made love and get married eventually.
3. All I can remember from this book is that the h’s mom worked as a prostitute when she was alive. This wasn’t revealed until almost the end of the book when the h ran away from the H because she was ashamed of her mom’s past. The H of course, tracked her down and they have a good heart-to-heart talk and got married. In the beginning of the book, the h was held captive by the H because she was working for his grandfather, I think so, and he didn’t trust her so wanted to keep her close so she wont con his grandfather.
