OMG I think it's actually that one, thanks!

Raul's Revenge byJacqueline Baird

The first one is The Friendship Barrier by Penny Jordan.
Can you remember anything else about the second one? Both Sara Craven and Margaret Way use poetry in their HP's - as do a few other authors.
Tho Rowan Kirby's Only My Dreams has a poem that goes "I had a little apple tree, it was all I had, it's blossoms were quite beautiful..."

He was given this place by a friend to recuperate from stress, his company is being sued for a fatal plane crash, both don’t know that her husband was in the the plane crash, and she does not know that his company is involved.
Pls help

1.
It's a Harlequin Presents. 2000's Most likely a Lynne Graham book but I could be wrong. The heroine in the book runs away from hero knowingly pregnant for the second time. She ends up working for a real estate agent in the English countryside, also pregnant, whose husband abandoned her and her other children. Soon after the woman has her child the heroine goes into labor (premature- I think) and finds herself in a cottage hospital in the hallway, alone, terribly upset when the hero suddenly appears and comes to the rescue!

This one is an oldie. This one is more likely a Harlequin Romance or an early Harlequin Presents. I'm thinking perhaps the former. I've asked before without any luck perhaps some new members might know of this one.
It keeps haunting me because the heroine isn't the typical Harlequin heroine at that time period.
This is what I remember of the plot. It's a marriage of convenience. Heroine's father wants to leave his business to hero but wishes his daughter future secured and pushes them to get married. If I remember correctly father was ill. Hero and heroine have their own reasons to agree to the arrangement. The book is very typical of its time only the heroine mentally describes their love making as disappointing. She doesn't enjoy the hero's love making. And this is not a one time thing. No stars exploding, nothing. Memorable only for that particular reason:)
Appreciate your input!

The Italian Billionaire's Pregnant Bride Lynne Graham
Do you remember anything else about the second one? Like when it might have been published?
Tho the lack of enjoyment sounds like a Sara Craven book. Maybe A Bad Enemy

The Lynne Graham book was the one!
Sara Craven's A Bad Enemy wasn't the book but I will go through her backlist and see if one of them jogs my memory. I'll let you know how it goes.:)
But a HUGE Thanks Again!

Happy reading, come back if you remember anymore about the second book. :)

meet in his office.

The h is engaged to her father's business partner, it will be moc. She is a virgin so she wants her first time to be with a man she really likes before the moc. The h meets the H and they have one night stand. After when she goes to her official engagement party she meets there the H again. It turns out the H seduced the h to get revenge on her fiance. I think there was some scene with driving in the rain or storm.

Does she have dyslexia and is a gardener or an interior designer? Plus does she have a rabbit as well as some other sisters? If yes, I think I know which one , but just need to find it.
Is it Roccanti's Marriage Revenge?

No, it's not the one but thank you! I found it. It's One Night to Risk It All

The h is the rich H's mistress. They live together and one time they have a fight it turns out that the H had other mistresses at the same time. The h thought she was the only one but he kept visiting his other mistresses too.

She still works at the same place as the hero but she doesn't remember that they had a relationship (or marriage idk). Then she faints there, the H knows she gets amnesia and takes care of her. However, at the same time, he arranges to do something to get his own back on her for the accusation...
I remember that there's a scene when she runs into the rain...
That's all I can remember. This is one of the first HPs I've read so every detail is kinda vague to me.
Please help me :)))

I love amnesia books, however there are LOTS of them. How old do you think this book is? under 10 years, after 2000?
List of amnesia books here:
https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/8...

I didn't read classic HPs when I started so I guess it's a modern one

I haven't read the book myself, but I've definitely read reviews of it. Sadly, I can't remember the name. I do know that it's highly rated by at least one of the following: StMargaret, Vintage, boogenhagen, or Ivy-h.
I'll have a look through their books and see if I can't find it again, because I was planning to read it myself!
EDIT: Is it Once a Moretti Wife by Michelle Smart?

Yes it is! Thank you very much XDDD

Basically it's a second-chance story, I think - the hero wooed, married, and dumped the heroine a few years before the book begins. I think it was for revenge? Something about her grandfather's ships and HIS grandfather's ships. Anyway, now he wants her back - apparently he always loved her but had to do the wed, bed, dump thing because Reasons (possibly a deathbed promise to his grandad?)

YES!!! Thank you so much!

I don't know - but I'd like to avoid that author, too!

Me too. What a nasty story line for a romance. That doesn't sounds like a harlequin though. It sounds like an indie book.

I'm sure it was a Harlequin. But I'm not sure what year it was, it was awful. I hated it with PASSION!

I vaguely remember reading a Harlequin Presents with a heroine called Suki/Sukhy and that’s literally all I remember. I am 99% sure it was one of the ones with a white/red cover so not an 80s one.
Any ideas?

Hi Kristin,
There is one called Istri Simpanan Mistress Material by Sharon Kendrick that has a h called 'Suki'. Hope that is it for you.

The only other one I know is a Charlotte Lamb - The Girl from Nowhere.

I vaguely remember reading a Harlequin P..."
Pregnant at Acosta's Demand Maya Blake

I was convinced it was one of those forced Greek marriages/business merger stories but I had no concrete reason for thinking that.
Thanks for all the suggestions!

No idea, but... WHOA!

Need some help finding the name and author of this book I read in 1990 , I think
It could be a harlequin romance, the story line runs like this
The H and h meet in a remote place , by coincidence , she is there grieving for her husband who died in a plane crash, coincidentally he is there to take a break from the investigation being conducted on his company involving a plane crash
Thanking in advance

Anyway, this one is a secretary/boss romance, where they've been having an affair strictly out of office hours for some time, but it's Valentine's day and she's hoping that he'll cop to having feels, instead of just copping a feel. And she gets flowers and thinks they're from him, until he sees them and demands to know WHO DARED to send her flowers. Also her horse died, her dad is leaving her mum because he wants to go back to farming, and her sister is a cow.
I'm hoping someone can help me out with a name here. Possibly I should invest in a notebook where I can write down the names of books I see on GR that I'd like to read.

Wow. All I saw was "her horse died"!

(I, too, am sad about the horse. I feel like it's unfair to have death in an HP, unless it's death of the deserving, such as evil grandfathers and crazy OWs. But they should especially steer clear of animal deaths)
