Fanniny Moreno Zavaleta | 99 comments Hi, I'm looking for a book relatively new (Not before the 2000s).
I only remember the scene where the h was waiting for the H to finish some business meeting for hours. The receptionist didn't let her pass the lobby and when the H appeared (he had not idea she was waiting for him) she miscarried.
I know it's not much but hope it rings a bell somewhere. I can't find it because I didn't properly shelve my books before but I know it's in my "Read" shelf but haven't found. Thanks in advance.

Maybe The Italian Billionaire's Pregnant Bride Lynne Graham? Hero accuses her of stealing his watch. There are other "falsely accused" books that spring to mind wondered if you recall anything other details? Europe / USA / Australia setting?

It was definitely a European setting and I'm almost sure the hero was Spanish. I think the heroine was a PA in his company and he kicks her out after falsely accusing her of a crime in the company she didn't do.

Hi, Im looking for a book wherein the heroine and hero pretended to reconcile their marriage. There was a scene at the latter part of the story where the h was held at knifepoint in her car by an escaping robber after sending her parents at the airport. The H was in a meeting when the police came to him and told him about the situation. I remember that at first the H was unconcerned because he thought the heroine just got her car stolen and then became distraught when he learned of the situation. Hope it rings a bell. Thank you!!

I started to look for this a couple of days ago but my Kindle battery died. If not LG or MR, maybe Cathy Williams, Kate Walker or Hewitt (one of the "Kate's" have miscarriages quite a bit in their books).

#UPDATE - I've checked through my Kindle and can't narrow the search down for you. 130/1200 books with mention of miscarriage, I looked through about 30 of them but in each case had to backtrack to where things went wrong (doubled over, collapsed etc etc). I also searched for abdominal pain - less results, I checked all of them Really need more information. eg.
*Was the miscarriage at the beginning or end of the book?
*Were they in a relationship eg. tycoon/mistress or was the pregnancy result of a one night stand?
*Since boogenhagen and I both suggested (due to style) UK authors, do you agree with that?
I've also been searching for a book I can only recall a small section of. It's taken me months and I'm no closer!

What about Jacqueline Baird books?

Jane aka Coughy019 (Safety info included) (coughy019) | 2 comments Hi, I'm trying to find a Harlequin presents book I read like, 15 years ago. It was about a woman who married an older man as part of a deal. It was never consumated. What the heroine got out of the deal was that he helped her get pregnant via IVF. She didn't realize it at the time, but her husband manipulated it so she was inseminated with his son's sperm, her husband had really wanted his son to marry and have a family but the son was opposed. The son is the hero and had donated sperm as an FU to his dad. I think the hero's name was Rafe. The husband passed away. The hero came home and was disgusted with the h for marrying his father for money and was disgusted that he was attracted to his stepmother. Then he finds out the h is pregnant with his baby.

I've been trying to think about it but don't remember if they were married or not but if they were then it was because of the pregnancy. I've discarded Arab, Russian, French, British, American, Australian and royalty heroes. I've also discarded both Kates, I'm currently looking on MR and CW. Thanks for your help ladies :)

I hate to throw another author in the mix but Kim Lawrence does that h can't get in to see the H scenario in The Italian's Wedding Ultimatum and she has miscarriages in her books too.

Anna (annkak) | 1 comments Hi,

I'm looking for a book, and I'm almost sure it's HP - it is about a business woman who has to go for business trip to the country side(?), they travel by helicopter. when they arrive, there's a snake and she's the only girl who is calm.
later she meets twin brothers - and because she's the only one who can tell them apart, she is going to be wife of one of them (according to family tradition or sth).

anyone can help?

Could it have been a story in an anthology?

The story I was thinking of is called "the Matchmakers" from The Invitation
and according to a review here, it does have a scene with a rattlesnake, in which the heroine's friend is all freaked out and she calmly shoots it. Here's the review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

Anusha | 2 comments Hi. Am looking for a book I read a few years back.

The heroine is engaged to the hero's younger brother in the beginning. Hero doesn't like her very much. She gets a message to check out what her fiance is up to in his office. She comes around and she sees him with her younger sister. Hero is also present at this time and he takes her to his place. He finds out there is embezzlement and thinks heroine planned it with his brother as money is in an off shore account in her name. (btw heroine is actually adopted and later when her parents have their own biological child they neglect her and the younger sister is a musician and is spoiled). The hero takes her away to an island(i think) until he gets his money back.

This is all i remember about the plot. Can anyone remember which book this is?

i'm looking for a HP novel where the couple is married but are having difficulty, the Herp goes missing at sea for some time. the heroine thinks he is dead and his family are trying to force her into remarrying. Masha Hi, i have been looking for this book that i read maybe a couple of years ago. H and h are married but are separated because of H's mother. h is poor and has a kid that H doesn't know exists! The kid has some kind of terminal illness. H and h are forced to come together to make a baby so that the sick kid can have stem cells (i think). H also comes to know of his mother's interference in his marriage. Not sure what happens in the end, i mean if the kid lives... I don't remember the title or the author of this book and it's driving me crazy. Please help.

❤️ Dorsey aka Wrath Lover Reviews ❤️ Hi all,

I'm looking for a Harlequin book I read a few years ago....maybe five or so. The heroine was in a tropical location (I think she went solo on her honeymoon after being jilted...though I'm NOT positive on that). Her room gets taken over by the Hero who needs a cover (he's a commando or spy), "their" room gets bombed, they escape and are on the run.

Thanks!!

Maybe a Katie Reus book? Sounds a bit like one of the Redstone Security series - they are set in Miami - perhaps not tropical enough! Only other suggestion would be something by Amelia Autin, she writes Harlequin - mainly romantic suspense line.

What about this one?
