Rereading Mistwraith and Ships (4th read) leading up to the Ships discussion in July. Then on to the rest of the series (3rd read) preparatory to the release of Initiate's Trial.Also reading Anathem by Neal Stephenson, a stand-alone fantasy.
Also just reviewed Hells' Chasm (see FBC and Beyond Reality sites)

Read this last year with FBC as well.
I've read this a couple of times but it's been a few years since the last time.
I have it but have not yet read it. This gives me a good excuse to finally pluck it off my shelf since I missed the FBC read last year.
I'm reading this right now. I was reading it so I would be ready to discuss Ships of Merrior in the FBC, but it works for this group too.
I read it last year, but that was the fifth(?) time I had read it. I have read the series up to either Peril's Gate or Traitor's Knot. Now I finally have a chance to read further.
I started Curse of the Mistwraith a few days ago. Holy crap, it's like word candy. I can't put it down.
I've read it. I should be starting Warhost soon.
I'll hopefully be getting to Curse soon. I've ordered it should be in my hands shortly. Although I may be finishing Daniel Abraham's Long Price Quartet first.As a side note for anyone that's interested, it looks like all of the books for the War of Light and Shadow are part of the 4-for-3 promotion at Amazon.

I've just ordered all the books from Powell's and will begin once they arrive.

I read this book last year when it was the Monthly read for the FBC. The discussion there was lively and insightful.

I've just finished this book. Very densely written, and I'm going to continue the series.

Have read CotM four times. About to start again, for a full read of the series by November.
Just started last night, I'm on page 22 and all I can say is WOW! I usually give a book 100 pages to decide if it's worth bothering with and I have to say I knew this one was in 5 pages! Janny throws you right into the fray and doesn't let up.

Janny thro...";) - Jeanne, this book does indeed start carefully and build...grin. If it has you now, DO block time when you get to the last chapter sets. People have reported missing train/bus stops, burning dinner, kicking over work schedules, and staying up too late. Just warning ya...

Oh dear! Thanks for the warnings! Sounds like I'm going to have a few sleepless nights since I routinely read in bed before sleeping.
