message 54: by Keara (new)

Keara (kearachristine) Did you know that root beer was invented in Mississippi?

message 55: by Rose (new)

Rose (iceclaw) | 2069 comments Really?? Dat's cool!

message 56: by Keara (new)

Keara (kearachristine) Yep. But their state beverage is milk.

message 57: by Nightshade (new)

Nightshade | 1257 comments That's weird. I like both milk AND root beer. I mean, not TOGETHER, of course, but separately. :D

message 58: by Keara (new)

Keara (kearachristine) Same. I dun like water though...

message 59: by Keara (new)

Keara (kearachristine) I don't like water on its own. Durdadur. XP

Rose (iceclaw) | 2069 comments Oh? For I am currently drinking water as we speak while watching Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Case 5 Rise from the Ashes on YouTube.

*looks around* They took it off WiiShop, okay? And I really miss Edgey...

Rose (iceclaw) | 2069 comments An amazing game that is old, cliched and extemely...ugh... what is it called? The god in the machine? There's a right term for that... right???

Well, anyway, the most addicting part of the game is(at least for me) the Prosecutor Miles Edgeworth. He is everything a fangirl could want, cold, creul, handsome, dark black hair that danges in front of his eyes, past secrets, over-whelming pride, kindness, and being on the wrong side of the courtroom. I beat the first game a while ago and you didn't see him much in the second, and now my stupid brother is playing Call of Duty so I can't go play number 3 now.

The fifth game was not original material, and was made specifically for the game's DS version. You have to pay 1000 WiiPoints to get it off WiiShop. But, sadly, just when I got anotehr WiiPoints card, they took it off the market.... so now I am watching it on YouTube.

message 64: by Keara (new)

Keara (kearachristine) I couldn't follow any of that.

When I first came to Australia, I met a guy named Ashleigh.

...

...

*ROFL*

I was laughing so hard!! I thought he was joking, then he told me he wasn't. ^__^;;

I felt so bad...

Ashleigh/Ashley is such a gay name to give a guy. >_< I would NEVER EVER EVER name my kids that!!

message 67: by Rose (new)

Rose (iceclaw) | 2069 comments I will never ever name any of my children a name that seems like the opposite gender....never.

message 68: by Kimathy (new)

Kimathy haha, my small group leader is having a baby boy and i keep telling her to give it a girl name or the name Harrison! "either it is Harrison or a girls name!"

message 69: by Rose (new)

Rose (iceclaw) | 2069 comments Ha!! I think I knew this kid named Harrison when I was in like first grade, I think....

message 70: by Rose (new)

Rose (iceclaw) | 2069 comments Yeah!!

message 71: by Keara (new)

Keara (kearachristine) I would name a girl a guy-ish name but with a different spelling.

I don't know why, but I'm having a fetish with constellations and states.

Like Penn (Pennsylvania), Rion (Orion), Caelum (the chisel), etc.

message 72: by Rose (new)

Rose (iceclaw) | 2069 comments Ugh, I would never want to be named after a state.

Though I think you can just name a girl plain old Ryan, it's on the cutish side.

yes! XD Thank you!

Really? I kinda like them.

Like Rhode. :/ Odd... but I have a strange attraction to it.

message 76: by Keara (new)

Keara (kearachristine) Wait... what?

I meant as in Rhode Island. I would name my kid Rhode - for either boy or a girl.

message 77: by Keara (new)

Keara (kearachristine) Eh. Maybe.

I knew there was a goddess named Rhode, but the state clicked first. I know a bit about Greek Mythology and whatnot, it's just not what first comes to mind.

Usually a book. Like when you said "BLAME ARGUS!" and I thought you were talking about Argus Filch from HP.

message 78: by Keara (last edited Jun 29, 2010 03:10AM) (new)

Keara (kearachristine) Ah.

Well you still had Argus in there. It's all that I could remember.

It's 4AM, gimme a rest!

message 79: by Keara (new)

Keara (kearachristine) Happy?

I haven't slept for 20 hours. NOT my fault...

Actually, the name of that island is Rhodes. It's really nice. It has the region capital, which is also named Rhodes. There is a beautiful old city part there, which looks just like something out of the Middle Ages. I loved it! I wish I could go back.

Rose (iceclaw) | 2069 comments Hm... need to write this down, it's rare when I actually learn something.
