well, pokemon saids that it wont come out unless someone catches everyother pokemon in the feild. and it will olny come to that specific person. and theres only one charizard like that.......... well i think

Cyrus walked around the path. He had caught a Rhyperior, Electivire, Magnezone, Mioltic and Tyranitar. All he needed was the Garchomp. Then he would get the Shiny Charizard. Hmp, just one pokemon, then its mine! Cyrus thought to himself
Sighs a little as she walked down the path holding her newly caught garchomp hoping to catch a glance at the charizard that was supposed to be around here. Her shinx was walking beside her clamly as she walked around looking.
"Hello," Neptune said, blocking her path. "You look like a Trainer! So, what will it be...surrender, or battle?" She sent out her Eevee.
Cyrus then found a Garchomp. "Finally, the appetizer before the main course. Darkrai, use hypnoises."Darkrai made Garchomp fall asleep. Garchomp started to lose health because of Darkrai's abiltiy. "Pokeball, go!"
Cyrus threw the pokeball and caught the Garchomp. Cyrus then felt a faint breeze filled with heat. "Heheheheheh. Its here."
SHINY CHARIZARD!!!!!!!!! Its level 100 and knows Blast burn, Fly, Dragon pulse and Earthquake!!!!! if you can catch this pokemon, you can add it to your team and be promoted to the second highest rank you can possibly be!
