These books need to be corrected for consistency in the series statement. I know the ones that say Book rather than # need changing. The series title varies from Midnight Louie Mystery to Midnight Louie Series. Personally, I think it should be just Midnight Louie.

I'll be glad to make the corrections. We just need to decide on the format. The librarian notes did not help.

Elaine (elainereads) | 57 comments I have changed the Midnight Louie series statement for the primary series. I left the "other ones" alone. I still have two questions:

When I search GR for Midnight Louie, I cannot figure out how they are sorting. It is not by series # or title.

Also, for MN Louie #9Cat on a Hyacinth HuntCat on a Hyacinth Hunt, it shows up twice. Once is the print version and the other is audio. I don't know how to combine them.

The second one has the author as Carole Douglas instead of Carole Nelson Douglas. You should edit that book (and the other books attributed to Carole Douglas) so that they're attributed to the correct author, and then you'll be able to combine them.

(Note: ordinarily you could edit the author's bio and fix all of the books at once, but since Carole Nelson Douglas is a GR Author librarians don't have access to anything which could affect her bio.)
