I accidentally added a book twice. I tried to delete it and it wouldn't let me, even though it had no reviews and/or entries on it. Can someone give me some advice on how to rectify this? I feel a little foolish for the mistake... Thanks.

Have you tried combining them and then deleting the unwanted one? If that fails, you may need a super librarian to remove it.

I'm not sure how to combine them first. I looked it up but the instructions were very vague. Can you tell me how so I can learn this the right way? Thanks so much!!
When you look on the book's page, on the right there will be a section for "Other Editions" - on that bar is a hyperlink entitled "Combine". If the author's were entered in the same, you should be taken to a list of all of the authors work and you will see the two books you added listed separately. Tick the box next to each one, and then the "combine editions" button. Then you should be able to go into the edit screen for the unwanted title and delete it. Make sense?
