Felina | 0 comments I have a question. I went to the author list of Louis Sachar and put them in order by page number. The first three books listed are a book set and two books in another language. The first English book shows up 4th and Holes (which I would like to read for this) shows up at 5th. Can I read Holes as it is the 2nd longest of the books I can actually read?

Here is the link:

In message 12 Cynthia said: "Ignore any compilations (two or more of the authors in one edition) or where their is a bunch of stories by multiple authors or unreleased books or foreign editions (all the weird anomalies) - just stand alone books"

Hope that helps!

Jaclyn (jaclynr0806) | 22 comments For those looking for slightly lighter reading, I looked up Jane Green for Part C because I have several books sitting on my shelves waiting to be read and Mr. Maybe appears to be her 2nd longest book. (Jemima J... is the longest)

Stephanie For the Republic of Congo I am reading Brazzaville Beach by William Boyd Brazzaville Beach. If you like the podcast/blog/group "Books on the Nightstand," this is one they have featured.

So glad to hear that The House at Riverton by Kate Morton The House at Riverton fits for this task - it is one of the summer picks for another group I belong to!
