I have a question for you: how will you interpret
"civil code governs legal civil relationships between natural person and legal person".
Between who and who occur a relationship? It was translated like this into English and I'm not sure if "and" conjunction isn't doing a mess.

The relationships they occur between two or more natural persons, two or more legal persons or one or more natural person and two or more legal persons, got it? Where are you from, man?
