I hope you like Hot in Here, I have just finished reading it and it is really good, and very steamy!
It was, I loved Byrce, I was hoping there would be another book out about his brothers, or about Jenna's sisters but there isn't yet :(
The author (she also writes as Charlotte Featherstone)and the publisher had a difference of opinion regarding the story for Trey and Sarah (I think those are their names, I'm going from memory) and so she's not going to write it until she can write it the way she wants to.
I finished
and although parts of the beginning was not the best I've read it got better and became what I expected. It was published in June and although no wedding took place there was discussion about one. Also the cover is mostly reds and oranges reminiscent of the sun. So if this counts I'm at 5\12I also started my next book [image error] and believe this one should count since today is my Birthday and the title is my middle name. If my thinking is correct then I can get credit for 6\12

It is a bit of a coincidence as I have just bought "Sinful" by Charlotte Featherstone, which I now definately can't wait to read!
Well I hope they sort out ther difference of opnion soon as I really want to read it.
Suzanne, Sinful and the 1st book, Addicted, are both very dark reads, very different from Hot In Here. I've read all 3.
It sounds like it would be, I have received it through the post today. Does it matter if you read them out of order?
I always try to read in order, and in this one I think it's better if you do because of the overlap in characters. THOUGH, if you don't mind that, then it doesn't matter.
It might not matter. It's not an ongoing storyline. The hero from Sinful is friends with the hero in Addicted. The hero in Addicted is very tormented, so the thing I liked about reading them in order was that we were able to see and appreciate the change in him in Sinful. Does that make sense?
Yeah that makes sense, I think I will put off reading it until I have read Addicted. I like to read things order, and I am always saying to people to do so, so I am going to take my own (and your) advice : )

Suzanne wrote: "I have never read a book by Elizabeth Hoyt, would The Leopard Prince be a good one to start with?"Suzanne, I have only read two books by Elizabeth Hoyt, but I own two different series that I'm working through. The first is the Princes Series that starts with
The Raven Prince, then
The Leopard Prince and last is
The Serpent Prince.
Her other series that I own, that I've not yet read but heard wonderful things about is The Legend of the Four Soldiers series, beginning with
To Taste Temptation,
To Seduce A Sinner,
To Beguile a Beast, and ends with
To Desire A Devil.
Hope this helps!

UniquelyMoi *~*Dhestiny*~* wrote: "Christine, did you enjoy Promises? Have you read the whole series so far?"I've read all of them but the 2nd one, Promises Linger, which explains how the McKinnelys found Brad (the Reverend). So I was a little lost, but Sarah McCarty recapped enough that I think I got the gist of his background. Not knowing his background beforehand didn't make me enjoy the book any less because Brad and Evie were hot together.
So, does that mean they are good and worth the read? I've heard that since changing publishers, they went down hill.
I really liked the 1st book. I skipped the 2nd one because it wasn't my cup of tea and the 3rd one's a little rough to get through because Jenna, the lead woman, had a lot of issues to work out. But I enjoyed Promises Reveal. I'd say it's worth the read.

Finished reading the final book in the Royal Brotherhood Series, One Night With a Prince by Sabrina Jeffries and it was excellent! My favorite in the trilogy! It qualifies for this challenge because in it the hero gave the heroine a fan, which is something that comes in handy in the summertime! :)9/12 Read
