Change in page nos. and inclusion of cover page

I am currently reading Watch Your Back. The page nos has been mentioned as 720 but I find only 699 pages in the copy which I am reading. The ISBN no. is 978-0-7553- 8993-3. Further, the book cover is the same like this . Could these changes be made please?
