"Hey, What's up with your eyes Charlene? Their, like...Violet." Claira gasped.

"I doubt that.Maybe Iris or Aphrodite." Charlene said.

Claira looked down at the number Charlene placed in front of her eyes. It can't be. She doubled checked to make sure. "I know who that number is from. Pick it up NOW!" Claira clicked talk and shoved it in Charlene's hand.

Charlene read the text it read:Hey Charlene.It's Apollo. I'll be there in a second. Soon enough in a flash of gold light, Apollo appeared in front of her.

Claira just glared at Apollo. She wasn't going to let him get away with anything, he was up to something.

"Hello Charlene, Claira." "H-h-hi Apollo." Cahrlenes eyes turned prple. Not as rich as when she talked to Justin but still purple.

"Uh uh uh uh. Apollo what are u doing here?" C harlene asked."Well your mother said you are too special to not be claimed in person. Sadly she couldn't come so she sent me. U r the daghter of Aphrodite."

Claira glared at Apollo before turning her attention to Charlene. "What? Liar!" Claira shouted at Apollo!

"You should ask Apollo why he's really here" Claira turned her focus back to Apollo and glared.

Apollo stared at Claira, giving her the glare of her lifetime. He would have to take care of her later but for now he had a tasked to accomplish.
"I'm here to just talk to you about your mother is all, let you know what's up," Apollo said smoothly.

"Are you sure about that Apollo? How can I of all people be the daughter of Aphrodite?" Charlene said.

Apollo grunted. This was not going as planned, THEY would kill him if he didn't get here to fall under his spell.
"Well, first off look in the mirror your gorgeous, am I right?"

"No. I don't think I am but thx for the compliment." Charlene ran her fingers through her hair. She tilted her head and looked at Apollo. She was breath taking.

"Yeah you are, your just under confident my dear. Here allow me to take you to the lake and I'll explain everything," Apollo said, enticing Charlene.

"Uh.." Charlene looked at Claira for the answer.

"Snap out of it Charlene" Claira snapped her fingers in front of Charlene. "Sorry Apollo, we got to go." Claira started to drag Charlene away.

"Wait! Is Aphrodite really my mother or are you just saying that?" Charlene was confused. What was happening.

Apollo smiled. He had her hooked. He put on his most innocent face and replied, "Of course dear, why else would I be here?"

"I'm not sure." Charlene was falling under his spell only one person could stop her but that would most likely never happen.

"Charlene! Snap out of it!!!! Please" Claira was shouting as tears started to fall down her cheeks.

"What are you talking about? Snap out of what?" Charlene was very confuzzled. She wanted to go with Apollo but she also wanted to listen to her friend.

"Come my dear, we must hurry. I have a schedule to keep" Apollo said.

"OK..."Charlene pointed to her phone. Claira understood. Charlie would call her so she could hear waht Apollo is saying.

Kate just finished unpacking all of her things and straightening her room. She didn't know when the inspection was, but she had to be prepared either way. She changed into her orange camp tee shirt and dark navy blue jeans with black converse. She was really looking forward to seeing her best friends Charlene and Zoe. She jogged outside and looked around.

Jake was fumblling with his arrow when he saw her; Kate. He dropped what he was doing and went straight to her.

Kate was on her tip toes with her hanf over her eyes squinting through the bright evening sky. She coldn't see anyone so she shrugged her shoulders.

He ran as fast as he could. He had to get to Kate. He still couldn't believe she was back! Jake waved his hands and shouted, "Kate! Kate, over here!"

[Kate]

Kate spun around at the sound of her name.
"Jake?" She shouted, squinting through the sunlight.

Jake sighed. He got her attention; finally.
"Kate!" Jake ran the rest of the way and embraced Kate in a friendly hug.

Kate hugged him back.
"Hey" She laughed.
