I wouldn't mind trying on my legs but no where else! I don't like shaving either, I'm too scared of cutting myself so I use hair removal cream.

message 57: by ~Perisi Kitty~ (new)

~Perisi Kitty~ . (haikudancer) | 432 comments That cream makes my legs feel weak. Shaving is alright it just gets annoying when you miss spots. Just don't use a blunt shaver that is when you cut.

I'm still to much of a wimp to use it. But that might be because my housemate always cuts herself when she shaves and just seeing her with blood running down her legs freaks me out.

message 59: by ~Perisi Kitty~ (new)

~Perisi Kitty~ . (haikudancer) | 432 comments Why couldn't we decide to not to have hair on our legs, it would be such a convenince

The first time I used a hair removal cream it made my legs sting, but I got used to it after a few more applications.

It's so annoying but my mum and one of my aunts doesn't have hair on their legs so they've never had to shave in their life. Why couldn't I have inherited that from her?

message 61: by ~Perisi Kitty~ (new)

~Perisi Kitty~ . (haikudancer) | 432 comments so did my mom! I know talk about being stingy and not sharing that inheritance.

Catherine | 385 comments Mod
Lol! She likes to rub it in too, whenever I moan about having to waste money all the time buying the stupid cream. Don't you just hate it when the people close to you have the good genes? My best friend never gets spots no matter what she eats.

message 63: by ~Perisi Kitty~ (new)

~Perisi Kitty~ . (haikudancer) | 432 comments is it. lol. My friends gets annoyed when i grow my nails.

message 64: by Catherine (new)

Catherine | 385 comments Mod
Really? What's wrong with that? I get annoyed with my friend when she rips her nails off rather than use scissors to cut them. And then it starts bleeding and I'm squeamish.

message 65: by ~Perisi Kitty~ (new)

~Perisi Kitty~ . (haikudancer) | 432 comments lol. I have no idea. She gets irrated,"You need to cut your nails." apparantly guys don't like girls with long nails. I love my nails. :(

I like long nails too. Guys are probably worried we'd use them to scratch their eyes out or something, which is all the more reason to grow them out! :)

message 69: by ~Perisi Kitty~ (new)

~Perisi Kitty~ . (haikudancer) | 432 comments Lol. I like long nails too, not too long though. Some people grow it too long and then they get in the way.

No, it looks horrible if it get too long and it really gets in the way of typing. I worry that I'd accidently tear the whole thing off as well!

I live in London, England. It doesn't sound as interesting as västerbotten or Karachi...

message 91: by Baneen (new)

Baneen Trust me, Karachi isn't interesting at all. But vasterbotten sounds like a cool place.

message 92: by [deleted user] (last edited Dec 26, 2010 05:17AM) (new)

Haha västerbotten isn't interesting either. Especially not Umeå... Although there is supposed to be a lesbian city around here somewhere!

That does sound interesting...do only lesbians live there?

message 96: by [deleted user] (last edited Dec 26, 2010 12:07PM) (new)

Yes! Men aren't allowed at all. They translated this from Chinese.

"In Sweden, there is a place that is respectful of women's love, but with a rule that men cannot enter. This is Chako Paul City (沙科保市). The town holds around 25,000 women, all from around Europe. If men transgress into the forbidden city, they will be beaten half to death. The citizens of Chako Paul are mostly engaged in the forest industry, because of such many of the women wear thick belts full of woodworking equipment. Some go into nearby cities to work and return to Chako Paul by night. Chako Paul's tourism industry is increasingly prosperous, with hotels and restaurants everywhere that cater specifically to women around the world."

Although as it says in the article above, no one here has confirmed it or even knows about it... ;) Personally, I'd like to know where the rumours started!

message 97: by Tatum (new)

Tatum that is interesting-i liked the part mentioning Chinese men wanting to find it lol

message 98: by [deleted user] (new)

I know, haha. Especially since they believe that "If men transgress into the forbidden city, they will be beaten half to death"... Of course they have to find it then!
