Ok, ok, we all know that Twilight isn't worth the ink it was printed with, and that a massive book burning should take place. However, Twilight is amazingly popular. There are millions of Twitards, thousands of fan sites, and hundreds of people sporting T-shirts saying 'Team Edward'. Does anyone know why??? Is it just because Edwards so hot? Is it because it uses heaps of big words so readers can feel 'smart'? Someone please, tell me!

These twitards think that Deadward and the characters are real...
Since they made the movie, they were able to personify Deadward, through Robert Pattinson, and start fantasising about the Actor's body, face, and voice, while all the while applying the character's abilities, immortality, and attitude. Thus... people start to actually believe that these characters are real.
Well, others are deluded. Twilight brainwashed them. RPatz is ugly... They were brainwashed into thinking he's gorgeous.

And after he showers, MY GOD!! He uses this orgasmic smelling (yes, I used orgasmic ;) ) men's body wash that makes me wanna f-

I think the reason Twilight is so popular is a) Edward is always there to save her, b) most normal girls want boys falling head over heels over them, c) Edward is invincible..... blah I don't feel like continuing.

Because Twilight is a safe world where nothing bad happens to the main characters (well, they never die in the series), all the guys are perfect, and the horrible creatures we have known to be beasts are suddenly sparkly, gentle, and almost misunderstood. People don't want to stretch their imaginations any farther than that.
