Kayla This is a great book of when women got the write to vote.

Sαmαnthα This book is awesome.

Erika Hébert It's the right to vote, not the write to vote. But it was still a pretty good book.

IluvmyNini I thought that it was awesome. I would have so been one of the women out there!!! It was really good!!! I HIGHLY recommend this book if you have not read it yet! I recommend EVERY Dear America, though :)

Meghan I think the important thing about this book is that it is about a side of suffrage that is usually overlooked. Most people think of Susan B. Anthony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton when they think of suffrage but these ladies were just as important and I believe suffered much worse to get the vote.

IluvmyNini Oh yes. Definitely. They did suffer more, as I also beleive :D

Theodosia of the Fathomless Hall Meghan, IluvmyNini ;) you have very good points of both counts for it not only being the woman who went on the hunger strikes and protests but the daughters and children and the other life they had as well, even the girls that were suffragettes as well.
