Fixing water-based inks on paper

I printed my business cards with water=based inks and discovered that if your hand is a bit wet they will smear. Is there a way to fix these inks?

i'm sorry to hear that- how frustrating! does the ink say that it's for paper? you shouldn't be having this problem.
