Sally's baby really rocksEven though she has no socks
Dr. Seuss would be so pleased
That Leah's head had just so eased
Out of Sally in a way
That had not cause a large delay
All Hail Sally's pubic bone!
And that Leah's head is not a Cone!
Congrats Congrats to all involved
And how the fam has now evolved!
Who looks that pretty after just having a baby, Sally!? Sheesh! Oh Leah is such a sweet little baby! She's so perfect and pretty!! I want to kiss her head.
Congratulations Sally & Sweeter - Enjoy!
Wow a gorgeous girl. FANTASTIC. Congratulations Sally Leah & all.
I asked Sally for permission to post it here... and she said she was absolutely okay with it. Right now she just doesn't have time to post pictures. I think I might post one or two more... because she's so darned CUTE!
BRB.
Great idea, TawNub! I think I'd wish for her that she'd always be curious enough to want to keep learning and reading and writing through her life.
And I think it is a tie between Tadpole and RA, as I technically went into labor when Tad predicted, and gave birth roughly when RA did.
Oh look at her!! And her feet! Oh baby feet are just the best. Hi Lovely Leah! I just want to cuddle you and rock and smell your sweet baby smell! (sorry...I have personal space issues...everyone knows this by now right?)She's just perfect, Sally! And all the right colors! Her feet aren't even blue! How did you do that, Sally? Give yourself a pat on the back!! You created a perfect little human being right inside your body! Isn't it amazing?
She was so strong all through the labor. Her heart rate stayed consistently above 120 and she didn't work at all. I feel like she is already the strongest, most capable little girl in the world. You should see how she's just a pro at breastfeeding already too! I'm a proud mamma!
She's absolutely ADORABLE, Sally!!!! Yayayayayay!!! I love the name Leah, and look at those little hands!
Congratulations, Sally! Beautiful baby. Glad everything went off without a hitch. Unless you consider 24 hours of labor a "hitch."

Ha! I just saw this...heh.
Sally, are you home or in the hospital? Does the hospital have wireless? Ok, if you gave birth Saturday night, I imagine you're home now, right?
"Who looks that pretty after just having a baby, Sally!? Sheesh!" That's exactly what I was gonna say... all my pics are of me zonked out & sweaty (and I didn't even have labor!)
Okay, my wish for little Leah is that she will have the heart of a Lion, the playfulness of an Otter, the health of an Ox, and the creativity of a Monkey. (My daughter Jessi helped me with these wishes) ♥ :)

That was the next morning, silly.
And I kiss her head every 10 seconds or so. I can't help it.

OH! I miss my babies!! I still kiss and smell them all the time but there's nothing like that sweet small baby time. It just doesn't last long enough.
i have a married daughter who is 26 and a married son who is 25 and an unmarried 19 year old (here is where you say "no way, you can't be that old!") and i am ready for some more babies!

thank you barb.i don't nag them but i bring it up a lot :)
my daughter and her husband are beginning to try to have a baby. i am excited. i am sure they will find some creative way to tell me. my son and his wife are more career minded and will most likely wait.
