Combining Different Formats

I just added an edition of Jack's Return Home by Ted Lewis and thought I would try my hand at combining. I successfully combined the print editions but can't figure out how to combine the print and audio cassette versions. When I get to the combine page, Jack's Return Home/Audio Cassettes isn't listed. How is this done?
