Gatorman wrote: "Star Wars (I've seen that description before!)"Very common. Not so misleading :( Seriously, I should be concentrating more. It's the White Album! It's turns my mind around!
AHAHAHA! Easy Peasy!Okay: A young couple get engaged, but run into many kinds of trouble on the way to visit the professor that helped get them together. The trouble leads to lost innocence.
Tayyab/Killer of Mockingbirds/Eggman Walrus Taxman wrote: "Gatorman wrote: "Criminals on the run hide out in Nicaragua and end up getting a chance to earn big money transporting unstable dynamite in trucks to put out a far away fire."Sorcerer?"
Sorcerer is a very under rated movie. I is based on a French film called Wages of Fear also very good. If anyone has not seen either of these they are well worth a look.

Sorcerer is an excellent film. Have not seen Wages but was aware of the connection.

Trust me, if you've seen this film, you can't forget the name... once you hear the answer you will kick yourself
It's very.... very... I can't even think of an appropriate descriptive term without giving it away...
Tayyab it is a cult classic that gets your feet moving. The show is brilliant especially with audience participation!
Sharon wrote: "Tayyab it is a cult classic that gets your feet moving. The show is brilliant especially with audience participation!"Yeah I knew that it's a "cult classic" and all! It sounds interesting. *nasty grin* I love cult classics..........LOL has anybody seen Plan 9 from Outer Space?
Yes! Another classic! ... And Rocky Horror is fantastic- but don't just watch the movie, part of the whole experience is seeing it in the theater with the audience participation. Especially if your are at one that auctions off the "virgins"... teehee~!
Alana wrote: "Yes! Another classic! ... And Rocky Horror is fantastic- but don't just watch the movie, part of the whole experience is seeing it in the theater with the audience participation. Especially if you..."*another nasty grin* Yes, certainly, it's Ed Wood's greatest film, in my opinion. All the others were...........ummm, not good. But Plan 9..........dude, PLAN 9 ROCKED! Oh, and I'll think about it.........
Don't forget you have to dress as one of the characters in the show ;o)Well just to keep it going, I am off to see Rock of Ages tonight, they say it is Spinal tap meets The Rocky Horror! I reckon that to will end up being a classic!
I think it's mine.A young man whose lover suddenly goes missing while on vacation spends years trying to find her until he is contacted by her abductor to finally learn what happened to her.

Yes, it is your turn. And the film.........any hint?
A little early for more of a clue, I think. I'll give others a chance to guess based on the description.
Michael wrote: "The Vanishing?"You are correct, sir! (the original and brilliant Dutch film, not the shitty American remake)
I believe I may have done this one previously but the movie haunts me.I will kind of describe a scene but I think it defines the film.A young girl goes out to buy flour at her mother's bidding. She returns much too quickly banging on the door demanding to be let in screaming that a beast is coming for her. The scene ends with blood coming under the door.
Alrighty, lemme see...........umm, no, I don't think I know about that one. Anybody else gonna take a shot?
King Dinösaur wrote: "May I cut in? It's The Leopard Man. Great Val Lewton flick!"You may. and you are correct.
So, it's King Dinösaur who gets to go now...........go for it, kid, err I mean, dinosaur..........no, wait, dinösaur.....
I will go for now -When two American girls on a bike trip in a remote part of Argentina split up and one of them goes missing, the other must find her before her worst fears are realized.
Bob wrote: "Begotten"I'm always amazed to find someone who actually saw the film besides myself. After only seeing it once I could for a few years describe the entire film to the amusement of my friends.

And Soon The Darkness?
