Adrian looked up at Drake and didn't reply.
"Your going to have to earn my trust" Drake told Adrian. "Ella I'm give another job that will be a full time job. You are to be responsible for Adrian, you will watch him and make sure he doesn't run away. If he does you'll be the one punished" Drake told Ella
"Good, and Ella you might need these" Drake said has he handed her the handcuffs. "You are allow to handcuff him" He said
"Good, then your both dissmissed for now. You can do anything you want, but if you go outside stay on my land. The people next door will shot you if you step foot on their land, so becareful" Drake told them.
Great. Now the kid was going to get hurt because of him. Adrian growled to himself, glancing at Ella.
Drake got up and headed to his room
He glanced back and narrowed his eyes again when he saw Ella.
Drake went to his room and start to paint. He sold his paintings for a living
"Sir?" He cocked an eyebrow. "I'm only a bit older than you. Don't call me that." He said a bit gruffly, but then he sighed and his voice softened. "What?"
Adrian frowned. "Tonight, probably." He muttered.
"Y-you can come with me if you want." He said softly.
"Why not?" He asked, wondering why on earth no one seemed to want to run away.
"You'd be doing them a favor." He grumbled.
"Stop calling me sir." He muttered, then put a hand on her shoulder comfortingly. "The only reason I'm running away..." He sighed and shrugged. "I have nothing to loose."
Drake took abreak from his painting to check on Ella and Adrian. He walk over to the window and looked down at them.
Adrian sighed. "Past a certain point you start not to care anymore."
Drake watched them closely, he noticed that Ella was crying
Adrian frowned and rubbed her shoulder. "D-Don't cry."
Drake shock his head as he left his room and went outsided. He walked over to Ella and Adrian, "Is something wrong" he asked nicely
Adrian looked up at Drake with his dark eyes. He bit his lip, knowing that he couldn't say what was actually happening, but he was a terrible liar...
"Why would you get beaten Ella, you haven't done anything wrong" Drake ask as he gently wiped the tears from her face
"Ella I asked you a question, I would an answer please" He said
Adrian frowned. He had to escape tonight, but... He glanced at Ella.
"I don't beat my slave, so don't worry. I will never beat you, I have different ways of puinshment" Drake told her

"I like water torture myslef, but I don't mind burning my slaves" He told them
"I believe that I should treat my slaves nicely and if they break the rule puinsh them harshly. But I don't think you will break the rules, so you have nothing to worry about. Unless Adrain runs away" Drake told her
"Is there any reason for my to punish that I should now about, if you tell me now I will not punish you this time" He said
"Then I don't see any reason why you should be worried unless you know something I don't" Drake said as he looked at Drake
Adrian glared at Drake with malevolent eyes.
"Then there is no need to worry, and I'm sorry for making you scaried Ella. Why don't you and Adrain join me for dinner tonight, as my way to say I'm sorry" Drake smiled at Ella
"Ella please call me Drake" He frowned, "I hate being called sir"
Adrian looked from Drake to Ella. Well he certainly wasn't going to join them for dinner.
"I didn't hear your answer. Are you going to join us for dinner" Drake asked Adrian
"Do mind if we go for a walk, and maybe have a nice chat" He smiled
Adrian looked at him suspiciously. "No." He finally said carefully.
"It's either that or I handcuff you to your bed every night until next year" Drake told him
Adrian shook his head and took a few steps back.
"Please don't make me punish you on the first day, I would like to start off on a good note. I thought you would be greatful that I save you from your old master. He as planing on killing you, I bought you to save your life" Drake frowned
Adria glared at him, but finally nodded stiffly. "Fine."
"Thank you" He smiled slightly
Adrian sighed and motioned for him to lead the way.
"Why don't you go inside Ella" Drake said as turn and started walking
"Why do you choose to run away from here, even if it's Ella who pays for it" He asked
He looked at Drake. "Isn't it obvious?"
