Source for custom stamp on acrylic block

I am looking to have the stamp made for the stationary project using the artwork supplied with the book. I have searched both locally and online and cannot find anyone that will mount it on acrylic block. Has anyone found a source for this?

as far as i know they still offer mounting on acrylic blocks.
