I just read my first Nicholas Sparks book last month. I started off with Dear John and now I am finishing up The Last Song. Now I am not sure which one to go with next. Any suggestions?

I actually just finished The Choice yesterday and loved it! I posted a review about it as well if you want to read it, but I highly recommend it. My fave of all time by Sparks is the The Wedding, BUT I recommend you read The Notebook before The Wedding!
I hope not. I don't like to read books that take me forever to read because I can't get into them. So far the two I have read have been great!
I've only read 3 of his books...The Notebook, Message In A Bottle and A Walk To Remember and I loved them all!!!
i saw someone reading the choice and i was thinking about reading it is it good for a 12 going on 13 year old
I have read all the Nicholas Sparks books and I think the best ones are without a doubt: The Notebook, The Wedding, The Guardian and A Bend in the Road. A Bend in the Road is probably the most different out of all of his books, it is similar to a James Patterson suspense book, with Sparks' typical love story line. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in a quick, fun read.
Just finished Message in a Bottle. Another fabulous Sparks novel! I just saw the movie a few weeks ago and loved it and just had to read the book. Both were great! Just received my copy of The Last song in the mail from PBS, can't wait to tear into it:)
Have any of your tried Kristin Higgins books? She sort of reminds me of Nicholas Sparks. The writing style really isn't the same but some of the stories touch you in the same way. I think a lot of her books have made me cry as well. I recommend Just One of the Guys if anyone wants to give her a try. :)
I love Kristin Hannah and Nora Roberts in between my Nicholas Sparks, but I throw in a few Love Inspired and smutt books as my friend calls them LOL.
I have read all of the Sparks books as well, and am always looking for a new book to read in between (waiting for his next book to come out!). Thanks so much for the suggestions. While, Nicholas Sparks is unique in so many ways, it's great to hear about other authors that might have a similar style. :)
I always have to read a different type of book in between reading Nicholas Sparks because i cry so much at them. I'm such a baby when reading them
I am constantly reading paranormal books i love them. they are my favourite genre of book. i started reading them a lot more after twilight. i always read a Nicholas Sparks book after a few paranormal romance books.I always read quite a few different book before another nicholas sparks because they're just so sad n i cry a lot i've just finished message in a bottle and cried more than i did at the film and i cried a lot at that.
I'm currently trying to get through the Sookie Stackhouse books...but I take a break between them too.
I've read 2 of hers (My Sister's Keeper and Songs of the Humpback Whale), have one on my shelf (Harvesting the Heart) and for $20 on ebay I just won 9 books of hers! I love her too!
So far I have read Change of Heart, My Sisters Keeper, The Pact & Handle with Care. My favorites so far are The Pact & Handle with Care. Can't wait to read the rest!! :)

I LOOVVVEEE Charlaine's Sooke && Eric.Tho, for some odd reason - i am unable to finish reading Dead in The Family, why? Maybe - i know i dont want to rush it, or maybe i need a break from it. haha mixed emotions. Also Charliane's other series are great too.
